I'd believe it, maybe, a little better if you had a full view of the kitchen and you standing in front of the cross and it flying off the table by itself. if you don't catch the actual footage of the object being thrown, I won't ever believe it. besides, there is enough paranormal activity in the world that you don't have to fake it...ever. oh, and poltergeists are caused by the living, not the dead.

i would necessarily play as a ghost hunter but i would do a live evp session try talking to whatever it is with a voice recorder wait a few minutes go outside or somewhere quiet and listen (Its more common that a ghost will have a response and talk back than just go around banging your stuff around) and if they dont necessarily answer your questions then maybe it will say something like "get put" or something but if you get a response definitely contact some form of a ghost hunter

If you are truly experiencing a poltergeist you really need to set the camera up in a way where it faces the activity and the other side cause there are ways to easily fake all of this using strings to pull objects. You need cold hard evidence.
