I have an in-grille refrigerator water filter. When I remove the old one, water starts streaming out. I put the new one in as far as it will go but I am unable to turn it the 1/4 turn. What do I do?
No, Whirlpool water filters do not reduce fluoride. There has been research indicating fluoride may have negative health effects, but this issue seems to be have been controversial for some time now. I apologize for the delayed follow-up.
