Even kids do parkour like me it takes a lot of practice and when u master all movements not including flips u can move on to free running wich includes flips but don't get carried away cause u can for get about vaults if u do to much flips in free running

@haxxer14 I understand where your coming from but one of the main points of parkour is longevity and safety. About 98% of people doing this kind of parkour are seasoned veterans and have been training for years so they wont miss a foot placement. The ones that do try and do big stuff and get hurt usually learned parkour without proper instruction, have inadequate strength and lack of experience.
