@blueshadow1996 : the people blown up the flight of stairs in WTC 7 were adamant that it happened BEFORE either of the towers fell. The second plane hit whilst they were in WTC 7 looking for the OEM - no-one was there and after making a call they were told to leave - this is when the explosion occurred, not at 10am.
@planetXXX .The order to evacuate the tower came before Hess and Jennings were there and after the second tower was hit..because the triage centers were being set up in the lobby of WTC7.they also had to be moved..
@blueshadow1996: at what precise time the order to evacuate came through seems irrelevant in so far as Jennings states that the explosion that left him hanging from the WTC7 stairs was NOT the result of either towers collapsing
@planetXXX When Hess was looking out from the 8th floor window was after the south tower collapsed..The relevance of this is that Jennigs did not know about the towers collapsing. So he was mistaken.
@planetXXX .I would have like to ask Barry Jennings why he was still in the building.Because the order to evacuate WTC7 came at 9:45 from the OEM,most of the building was empty because they had already started to evacuate and the triage center was moved..
It realy looked like a war zone from a distance.

You can see WTC7 getting hit by the tower..That must be the time they felt a blast that blew some ppl up a few flights of stairs..WTG
