Federal Government has to get their nose into a independent State Law such as the canabis one. If legalized and decrimilized, the will be no profit in it any more. The Federal govern. doens't want that. There is big money for the courts , lawyers, Prisons, Juvenile halls. All are private business, and while canabis is illegal, it creates a monumental profit for the bureacrats and governments.
