I deal with Anxiety, Sinuses, and Acid Reflux. I'm 14 years old and have been dealing with Anxiety and Sinuses for over 4 years. I just recently got Acid Reflux 2 weeks ago. I already went to the doctors and got some medicine that I take everyday. I seem to feel worse at night. I have Apple Cider Vinegar but it taste REALLY gross so It's hard to take it in.. can someone give me advise? thanks.

Poor posture is now considered a culprit of GERD. Why not. Poop posture is physically compressing the digestive system. It is depressing as well. Both the emotional and physical problems cause GERD. I've lengthened my spine and whole body. An offshoot to this is that my GERD has become nearly none existent.

ever since i got gerd i find it even harder to stand up or sit up strait because it seems to make my stomach act up even more, and my neck hurts SO BAD

zantac and prevacid DO work, but must be prescribed by your doctor for dosage ( weight is considered...). I had terrible acid reflux and these two drugs together stopped my acid reflux the very first day I took them. It gets rid of the acid that is already in your stomach and esophogus... you must get rid of it. I only have a 4wk dosage, so it wont ruin any of my organs and maybe I will try natural methods once I get rid of the acid build up.

I get so mad when they say that ALL ailments (ie acid reflux) are caused by diet alone. Then how do you explain newborns with acid reflux?...or folks who eat healthy? Yes, there are a lot of fat, lazy people with high bp/type 2 diabetes/etc. that could make it go away with diet. Show me some unbiased scientific studies and maybe I'll believe you.

try using apple cider vinegar start with 1 tablespoon in 1/4 cup of water,or drink it as a tea 1 cup warm water 1 tablespoon honey or adjust, start out small, it has been proven to help acid reflux and other problems

Acid Reflux Disease is not something you use to "sell a product", its a physical disorder in many cases involving the Lower Esophageal Sphincter that has weakened. This juice, might work for one person, not for me though. So really it is not a joke, the disease is serious and it either needs meds or surgery.
