  • This video has me sold on revoting for obama, obama really shows his true good side here!

    Obama care

    Obama care

    Obama care

  • "scathingly helpful suggestions"

  • what a pussy...

  • It said excellect, not excellent.

  • "Now, I respect my opponent. I think he's a good man. But quite frankly, I agree with everything he just said."

  • Funny how this rather accurately predicts Obama's entire attitude throughout his presidency.

  • I want that 'Friends Forever' poster. o.o

  • That intro is so fucking amazing!!!!!!!!!

  • In all honesty, I wouldn't mind if presidential candidates were this overly courteous to each other instead of spending millions on calling each other names like grade school children.

  • @Truth118

Or how about this: "I was going to make this ad 10 seconds longer and bash McCain/Obama... but instead I used the money to pay for this little girl's Leukaemia treatment."

  • The "apology ad" sounds sarcastic.

  • Ghost of Karl Marx 2012!

  • Remember when we thought Obama would change the U.S. for the better ? man we were Tricked Vote For Anthony Weiner in 2012......!

  • @METALMAN4Wii Paul/Weiner lol

  • @Madfoot713 If you mean Ron Paul I don't think so. even tho I like his idea of shutting down the FED since there a bank not Government. but he's still a Republican and therefore wants to stop all Government programs. like Social Security which I paid into and so did almost every American who pays taxes out there check. that's like going to your Bank and them telling you there keeping everything in your Account to give to the Rich....!

  • @METALMAN4Wii The money won't be there when you're of age. He wants to end it so you don't have to fucking pay for it in the first place.

  • @Madfoot713 There's enough Money to pay people 100% of what they paid until 2028. after that it can pay people 80% of what they paid into it. but if there's really a problem we cut 50% of funding to the Pentagon and stop tax breaks for Oil Companies bam there's enough funding until 2128.....!

  • We SHOULD paint a mural on the Mexican border wall. It can depict deportations.

  • Thumbs up if you can't just stop at one Onion video.

  • This country is very peculiar. I have lived here my whole life and I am unproud. Not of our president, he is a symbol of hope for the people who matter here, I am white and for once proud that racial inequality did not conquer us as it once did. We must stop the divide the greed, the cut throat politics. As some say, should we choose to ignore it, history will surely repeat itself. People need to stand up and fight for good. Not evil, not hate, of any people just for the betterment of ALL PEOPLE

  • @TheFuzzforeal "Not of our president, he is a symbol of hope for the people who matter here"

I'm not proud of our president a bit. He's a piece of shit who keeps signing Patriot Act extensions and continues to bomb brown people overseas. Fuck Obama.

  • @Madfoot713 He signed Patriot Act extentions? Goddammit

  • @zzyzx0788 Several times too.*sigh*

  • @Madfoot713 Goddamit. I was never a super huge supporter of Obama, I liked the guy alot (especially living in Chicago knowing him for awhile) but that's pathetic. I'm glad I've still kept my general resentment towards all policitians. I really won't blame all the failures on Obama, some of that is just Democrats being pussies, but theres no excuse for extending the Patriot Act, even once.

  • @Fendertastic I agree.

  • funny, this is the exact opposite of what really happend.

  • @realdad32 funny I find this comment the product of a butthurt republican who cant take a joke or accept the reality that republicans are more offensive with their commercials because they're a minority that cant win without personal attacks.

  • I wish that all politicians were like this fictional Obama.

  • 2:34 Friends for ever XD

  • war for the whitehouse elections analysis bunker. wow.

  • These smear campaign ads are getting worse and worse each year. "But maybe it could be expressed more clearly than it is now." Dear god, how can he say those things?!

  • Maybe we could all go about our lives without putting people in categories and insulting them.

  • Bomb iran bomb venezuala bomb north korea,O bomb a country.

  • lfmao,,,hahahhahaha"Im Barack Obama and I approve this message". WTH.This is a spoof network. Just pure prank but nicely done. (^_^)

  • lfmao,,,hahahhahaha this is a spoof network. Just pure prank but nicely done. (^_^)

  • Is...there some mysterious reason each of these vids don't have 10 million views? Is there? I'd honestly like to know the answer.

  • haha

  • You never see anouther war in the middle east know that Obamas president.

  • @omega4chimp He sent in more troops...

  • @xseb5x Yeah cause Irans got the real nuke and thier going to use it on Isreal.

  • What's funny about the Onion is that all their news stories are fake -it's The Onion, obviously- but they might as well be real, the way things are in the world. Lol.

  • @Beandude202 What's even funnier about the Onion is all the people who watch it and think it IS real.

  • @ittarter Lol yeah

  • two things

    1) this is the Onion. These adds are not real. They're poking fun at Obama's unaggressive add campaign.

    2) This is seriously the way politics should really work, instead of screaming slander at the other candidate offer helpful criticism. We'd get so much done like this. But unfortunately this seems to be beyond human beings in groups that are not composed entirely out of friends or number more than 3.

  • @Jimera0 thats because people want fun and macains ads is way funnier:)

  • rofl

  • It's sad how we all laugh at this when 95% of the information provided by The Onion News is true.

  • "Gay loving elitist Muslim..." AAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I spend way to much of my life watching these ingenious "news" stories.

  • Is it really horrible to wish they actually ran ads like that?

  • @Delta4845 No, it actually makes you a good person. The thought had never crossed my mind.

  • scathingly helpful suggestions lol

  • 2:28 the text should have been: "u mad bro?"

  • ADs slam Mccain with cordial critiques.

  • Scathingly helpful suggestions

  • @TheGrerex I pissed myself at this point, oh and the apology ad.

  • Meh.

  • hahaha this is EPIC

  • They should do one about how mccain didn't want to seem racist, because all the obamanation fanboys were calling him a racist

  • @purplestorm8 I notice that you continued responding to him after telling him you were done debating. If u Say something and then don't stick by it, no one will ever care what you say.

  • LMFAO this is funny as fuck.

  • I gave up soap operas because they just can't compare with the sexy drama that unfolds on CNN and FoxNews. When will CNN ever have a script where Anderson Cooper finally comes out of the closet and chooses stop dying his hair. I also believe that Glenn beck should win an Emmy for being able to cry at the drop of a hat. Truely, fantastic television.

  • @BeranM

lol! 100% agreement on cooper and beck.

  • NO BIG DEAL IF HE DOESN'T

  • "SCATHINGLY helpful suggestions..." TOO funny!

  • "McCain is planning on releasing an add calling Obama a gay loving elitist Muslim." ROFL!!!

  • @ZamatoElite "And then another ad targeting his children." LMFAO!

  • "Obama also buying newspaper space for nuanced 1200 word essay critiquing McCain policies" lol. If only that would happen in real life...not than anyone would bother to read it.

  • The newsman at one pointin the videoo was wearing the same suite and tie as barrack

  • Quote "AM BARACK OBAMA AND I O PROVE THIS MESSAGE!"

    Lolz Thumps Up

  • Illuminati hand sign 1:00

  • they uhmmm made a spelling error. excellect should have been excellent. Just sayin.

  • The best part of these videos is reading the comments of people afterwards.

  • "*whew* -Oh, goodness... Those are some scathingly helpful suggestions in that ad."

  • YOUTUBE-DJ ILLUSION PARTY

  • lol political corectness is funny

  • andrea bennett is hot!

  • Passive aggressive commentary at its finest.

  • OBAMA SUCKS

  • @rockymontana1

I am interested in your views and would like to subscribe to your news-letter. Inside I enclose a postal order for three shillings. This should be enough for delivery, printing and a shilling to help bring your profitable enterprise further.

  • Obama can lick my puusy.

  • @helenmont312 Cool. Call me Obama!! :)

  • @helenmont312

    How eloquently put.

  • "You're not mad, are you?"

    "We're cool right?"

  • Not that McCain has to do that. Barack Obama is just saying...

  • "He'll wince, raise up his hand and ask politely to stop."

    blol.

  • "Those are some scathingly helpful suggestions in that ad."

    I peed a little.

  • 'Detroit takes top spot as "America's Murderyest City'

    I literally LOL'ed.

  • Why are American politics so damn complicated and influincial on the public?

To me, being a non-American, it's like a drama series with the smear campaigns and what lengths people will go to surpport their chossen canidate.

    I find it quite amussing.

  • this is a fake news show...

  • @PurpleStorm8 It is not as influential on the general public as it seems. The voting rate in US is horrible, and that's for presentational elections. For the state and special elections its down right pathetic.

  • @witeflight So I guess elections are just like holidays then..put up the decorations, continue as normal and then just take the decorations down when it's over.

  • @PurpleStorm8 it is amusing whenever it's not depressing.

  • @kalbahamut indeed, feel sorry for the American public for being subjected to all their over the top shitty media every single day, can't really blame Americans of being generally ignorant of the world.

  • @PurpleStorm8 having spent a large amount of time in many different countries in many different parts of the world I can say with absolute certainty that Americans are no more ignorant of the world in general than most people are. There are stupid and ignorant people everywhere. This doesn't excuse American ignorance... but I think it does negate the necessity for people to continually point it out.

That said, Fox News is making great strides in trying to make my above point inaccurate.

  • @kalbahamut thats so ignorant

  • @kalbahamut

americans may be no more ignorant than the average world citizen, but his arrogance of his own exceptionalism increases his relative ignorance.

  • @TheCzechDuck what/who the fuck are you talking about?

  • @kalbahamut

eh, meant to say that americans' arrogance about their own 'exceptionalism' inflates their relative ignorance

  • @TheCzechDuck Thanks for explaining, I understand now. But I believe you are definitely wrong.

Americans are ALSO no more egocentric than any other people in the world. Every place I've been the locals think that they're the best people in the world. So this, like ignorance, is definitely not unique to Americans. I think the problem is that Americans are closer to being right when they say they are the best, and his makes other people angry because they know it.

I'm not saying they're the best.

  • @kalbahamut

Really ? So people in, say, Somalia or Brazil or Canada or Myanmar (to name a few random nations) think they're the best people in the world ?

Furthermore, how do you define 'best' ? As 'having the most money' ? if so, you are quite right, Americans are the 'best'. but how do they get that money ? most American wealth comes from unsustainable exploitation of the environment, or by exploitation of other, 'lesser' nations, or by defrauding other american citizens.

  • @TheCzechDuck whether or not some one "thinks they are the best" is a relative term in itself. therefore the individual decideds whether he or she believes his or her country is the best in the world. i have yet to see a nation gather in one big ass group to decide if "they are the best". patriotism exists but only if the person in the country choices it to. one person may be patriotic and the next not.

  • @TheCzechDuck and as for our way of amassing money it may not be the best but ur statment does not paint the entire picture. our country does use environmental resources to further our wealth but so do other countrys, we do not neccesarly defraud other american citizens unless u consider capitalism fraud. and many other countrys do worse than exploite lesser nations. however our government does not commit genocide, and we do not aid in human and drug trafficing.

  • @LeroyJenkins4 The system working in ideal fashion is very good, but it isn't working properly. What happened when the multi-million dollar bonuses to execs after the bailout was discovered? Absolutely nothing. The people supposing to keep this shit in check are instead in the pockets of the people they are regulating.

And I'm not so sure our government is clean of drug trafficking either. There's that CIA plane full of coke that crashed in Mexico. And there's the afghan poppy fields.

  • @TheCzechDuck we are all the same my friend we are all humans we all make the same mistakes and everyone is none the smarter for it. the only differences between me and you and the rest of the world are a flag and some old men making the rules. so sit back relax and watch the ENTIRE WORLDS IGNORANCE UNFOLD BEFORE YOUR OWN EYES

  • @LeroyJenkins4

wow nice way to end the debate :)

good day to you as well.

  • @TheCzechDuck im not so sure anymore that americans arent dumber than other westerners...i used to think it was just something people had made up and then i saw a vid on youtube called "americans are NOT stupid". The ignorance of the people in that vid was, frankly, scary...

  • @kalbahamut so u like fox? and also you think fox is making the american ppl better?

  • @LeroyJenkins4 Are you retarded?

No, I don't like Fox. Learn how to read.

  • @PurpleStorm8 You, sir, are a racist and a jackass.

Americans are no more ignorant of the world than the British, French, Chinese, etc. Please stop trolling on fake news reports and report back to your mother's basement posthaste.

  • @XinBiDe trolling?

Uh, I'm sorry to say but Americans ARE ignorant whether you like it or not, look up "Americans+how stupid are we" a majority of Americans did and still do think that Sudan Hussian was behind the 9/11 attacks even after being told repeatedly he had nothing to do with it, same situation with the search of WMD's.

I'm not racist, that would be stupid and petty, I'm just being trying to be realistic and I'm not scared to admit my faults or I'm wrong.

  • @PurpleStorm8 Who is Sudan Hussein? Is that slang for Saddam? Cute nickname. Idiot.

And for the record, I have never met a soul who believed Saddam was connected to 9-11.

  • @XinBiDe Smart-ass comments like that never won anyone a debate, the spercifics of my comment doesn't matter and the video I mentioned should speak for me, if you disagree with what I say then make a counter-argument (on my profile) or at the very least agree to disagree,

  • @PurpleStorm8 Please tell me now that English isn't your first language. If it is, those who reared you as a child owe you a sincere and heartfelt apology. (I'm referencing "spercifics of my comment doesn't matter" which has at least two grammatical errors, also "Sudan Hussein".)

Look, buddy, I'm going to break this to you lightly, but documentaries lie. They can mislead with skewed statistics that seem believable. Fuck off, fascist.

By the way, I looked for the video using the name you said.

  • @XinBiDe *Shakes head* I said comment on my profile, geez!

Apart from from your irrealivant ramblings about my English, you have no proof that the documentary is false but also if it's true but the documentarian DOES have crediblity, he graduated from Vassar and Harvard and also won a Emmy, which gives me reason to believe him.

  • @PurpleStorm8 I can find no proof that the documentary is even real, much less true or false. Double check on the title for me, and the name of the filmmaker. The reason I refuse to comment on your profile is that any good point I make you will just delete. No thanks, I've debated with racists like you before.

  • @PurpleStorm8 The truth is that the idiots here in America are an extremely vocal minority. This shouldn't be surprising... If America really were as dumb as all that, then we wouldn't have so many of the brightest minds, the richest and most generous people, etc. Americans are good in their hearts; they certainly are no worse than anyone else. People are people everywhere, and in this day and age they can be defined by their location and upbringing better than some broad statement about race.

  • @PurpleStorm8 But in the end, Australia, for example, really has only 22 million, and while a greater percentage of them seem to be more "streetwise", I know for a fact that there are Aussie idiots and bullshit TV programs in Australia. Some people are ignorant because of their location, that is, how disconnected they are from global society. America is the heart of globalism, so rural and suburbanites are often ignorant of the world. Everything looks clear from the eye of the storm!

  • @XinBiDe You know what? fuck it!

I give up, I've put up a lot with your obscene comments and tried to state a simple opinion, I've tried pretty damn hard but it seems like you enjoy being pissed off and arguing more then debating my opinion and you keep accusing me of STUPID things with no basis....I'm done talking to a brick wall, goodbye!

  • @PurpleStorm8 Spoken like a defeated bigot. Did you even read my last few posts? Nothing but debate there. It's you who is refusing proper debate by demanding I watch some documentary just so I can see your point. OK, I'll watch those documentaries after you spend a year in America, make American friends, and then you go ahead and tell me how dumb Americans are. Racists like you are what's wrong with the world. Don't blame a group of people based on the failures of media, government, capitalism.

  • @XinBiDe You idiot!! Okay....Firstly it isn't about wether I'm wrong or not, I'm just putting my opinion out there THATS ALL, my opinion and nothing else, you got that!? (I doub't you ever will though), also you think I'm going to care what you think of me? your go ahead brag and boast on how you defeated me, although you will find your victory quite hollow and my pride will remain untouched, go ahead call me a racist and blame the worlds problems on me with your repetitive comments.

  • @PurpleStorm8 Are you a child? The more you speak, the more I think you're about 14. If so, then it's possible your opinion will change as you grow older.

In that case, best wishes. Nonetheless, I don't think I've done anything wrong or unfair here. I engaged in a normal debate but your rejected the opportunity to reply and instead focused on a very small part of what I said, which was me mocking you. Next time, put an opinion "out there" that won't unfairly portray an entire country.

  • @XinBiDe I've only stated one thing ONE thing and you start throwing all this irrealivant bullshit at me, claiming I'm a racist, facist, child WHATEVER!!, maybe right, maybe your not I don't care ether way!!

It was by no means , I'll call it a debate, it was nothing more then a barrage of accusations.

I just want to agree to disagree and part ways, It's over god damnit!!

  • @PurpleStorm8 Part ways then. Take care. By the way, I don't disagree with you that domestic politics in the USA is ridiculous, but i just didn't like the implications you made about Americans as a people in other posts. If you reread my posts after you have time to cool down, grammar criticisms aside, I think you'll get my purpose.

  • @PurpleStorm8

It's an illusion to give the people of America the feeling that they have a choice in the way they live.. this way, when things go wrong, they can always blame the other side of the coin.

In reality, politics is irrelevant and childish. Our problems are Technical, not Political. Until we align ourselves to build a sustainable future based on resources instead of blind profit, the people on this planet are doomed.

  • @BeyondDGrave Ah ok, never really looked at it from that angle.

  • @PurpleStorm8

Yeah? Try tuning into Question Time in Britain or Australia.

    But yeah, American's are crazy.

  • @harlequin2262 Question time?

    I've never heard of it.

  • @PurpleStorm8

Youtube search "Question Time". Or "Question Time Argument", or "Question time fight", etc.

    Where're you from?

Basically, it's an institution in Westminster systems (re: Britain, and almost all commonwealth countries). It's a period, periodically, where (essentially) MP's can cross examine each other. It's a way of improving communication and accountability. Keeps debate flowing, and in the open.

Check it out, it's pretty entertaining viewing.

  • Aren't you beeing stereotypical when you say "Americans are crazy" ?

  • @PurpleStorm8 if i didn't have to live with the results of that bullshit i think i'd find it amusing too.

  • @PurpleStorm8 Consider this before you make racist smears about America: America is big. It has 300 million people (approximately), and the grand majority lives in suburbs that are disconnected from the economies of major cities like NYC, LA, etc. Most Americans are a few hours a way by car from the nearest "City", that's how many towns and suburbs we have. In England, Australia, Germany, etc., your populations are all centered around a few major cities. These people are more worldly, sure!

  • @PurpleStorm8 im american and i figured all politics in every country is complicated and influential? its hard to believe its simpler in europe

  • @drshields1988 Well I can't speak for other countries, but here in the UK, a US presidential election because of it's sheer size and scope, which dwarfs the size of one of our general elections, easily, EASILY gets more coverage in OUR media that one of our own general elections. I can't imagine what it must be like being an American citizen, it dominates our news when it comes around.

  • @PurpleStorm8 yes but i prefer that other series where iraq citizens or watever got to vote for the first time and terrorist started attacking them with mortars, more action

STOP LOOKING AT THE UNITED STATES AS SOME JOKE!!!
