Gps can be tracked via sat. Iearn 2 use a compass and hav good map reading skills as well as hav topographic maps if you know the area you will be going.

Once again - awesome review. I like how you suggest something, then demonstrate it. For example, the dry-erase pen. I figured I would like this product, but once again - I can't get this stuff locally. So I can't get my hands on them to figure out what I would like best. Thx guys for all the really nice comments! I like to talk about stuff I like and believe in. Notice my vids arent about junk I don't like (such as the Eucalyptus bug spray that DID NOT keep the bugs off of me today! Sheesh. :-) Hey man, if Maxped wants to move me out to Cali... lol It's all about you guys. I've made some nice bubbas here and its alot of fun.

Great map case!! Real surprised they didn't include at least one pen holder. Maxpedition normally think of everything (not this time).

I've been looking at both map kits. I like Milspec's better because it holds more tools and a GPS for sure, but the map case is much smaller. Does the Max map case fit inside the Milspec ? Great vid.
