  • People actually think a band's first album is their 'top'?

  • OH How I loved the early FUNKY KJ. This album and the previous singles are master pieces. I was so pissed off when the original lineup got back together and recorded an album that sounded like crap (Cept the Raven tribute song Brill) Come on Killing Joke get back to the sound Nirvana copied and no one else could ever sound like.

  • Why are women so retarded these days?

  • Amazing sound for a 30 year old song.Very advanced music for the time.

  • see yourself turn green from a penthouse window

  • @lesleyblood1 It's "See the sun turn green from a penthouse window", which actually makes sense...

  • @MrMikeyBikey you just wrecked more than 20 years singing along….ha!!

like the UB40…."ivory madonna"…I thought that was something else

  • ministry are like killing joke twin brother band i know, but listen to the song by ministry called 'worthless'..the song is almost identical. im wondering if it's just a coincidence or a subconscious/concious reference to the old days hmmm

  • BASSANO DEL GRAPPA -ITALIA-

1983 AL CONCERTO LORO IO ERO LI'...

    CHE ANNI......INDIMENTICABILI....

  • takes me waaaaaayyyyyy back...love it!!!

  • word

  • Awesome song!

  • I'ts music like this that just turns modern music into jelly on the floor

  • Great bands are like ex-girlfriends... they disappoint you, but you remember them for the good times; and when they're at the top of their game, there's nothing else like it.

  • @begrackled True... and when they're at their worst, they smash your house to bits and slit yer new Girlfriends throat....what's your point?

  • @begrackled Yes absolutely, like old girldfriends........complications... very old days of punk rock it was cool in France in the eighties lol ... my youth....

  • @MyDenmon ben on est deux, alors !!

  • @begrackled good one

  • its really all programming scams and not selling millions finally majors and marketers should just give up and realize its easier to be honest but that can get boring too

  • Comment removed

  • also major labels are really hype Nevermind really only sold about 2000 maybe 3000 to 4000 albums by now its not a big market by any means so reforming is not always necesary

  • like the pied piper ....jaz nearly had me,,,

  • spruce thing ever think about the inward implications of coleman lyrics? the political overtones pale in the light of the personal suggestions jaz seems to scream about so primatively wots yer complication eh?

  • Reply to toekneecrass:

Perhaps you are right. But I think the music reflects the feelings many people had in Europe at that time. It´s hard to say that Reagan was a popular person.

  • nice analogy/ wrong nations/but we of those still get it

  • Remember the early 80ies. Reagan - the most hated man in Europe at that time. Thatcher. The Cold War. New nuclear missiles in Europe. Demonstrations. Dark era which now is nearly forgotten

  • when they played the first two albums completely at the two berlin shows last year - that gave me the shivers. this old stuff is WAY UP there, together with their two most recent albums. sounds a lot more relevant now than in the late seventies / early eighties.

  • Che ricordi, visti dal vivo nell'80, hanno suonato tutto l'omonimo album Killing Joke. Fantastici.

  • Yaeh ! Great tune ! Smell like an early Cure, doping with punks vibes.

  • mmm...Robert Smith was cool ...until he joined the Hair Bear Bunch!

  • @Uplive They are indeed similar bands. same sort of music too, Killing Joke just has a more aggressive approach. Heck, they both formed two years from each other another difference I find is The Cure is... well more artsy, I guess (Killing Joke, particularly earlier, being more stripped down). I love both bands, long live them both, and Jaz Coleman and Robert Smith are savage brilliance!

  • I love them!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Awesome song , one of their best ever .

  • Yay, I love this tune.
