This will work on Windows mobile phones and some Nokia phones. I have read that skyfire is working on a version for android phones and also Palm Pre. Hope this helps.

What kind of Internet connection did you use when you were testing Skyfire?

Because I want to get a phone that has support of a HSDPA that can go up to 3.6 Mbps. That sounds quite slow. Did you use this speed or did you use WI-FI ( and how fast was it then?)

I just downloaded this app and it does everything it claims EXCEPT I don't have the "smart fit" option in the action menu. When I go to a site, the print is too small and when I use the zoom it blows it up too big. Anybody know what happened to "smart fit"?

This browser looks pretty useful, but its proxing every connection through their servers.

So no privacy or end-to-end encryption achievable at all, until they address that. Since all the browser layout rendering and codec processing is happening remotely I'm not sure how they'll do that, unless they embed VPN functiionalty into the browser.

Kuipoqiuk stop trolling every related video on this browser, you talk shit about this software but have never used it. iphone basically sucks and people hype it up like it's the best phone out when clearly its not. I'll admit safari is impressive but it's soooo slow, until they come out with the 3G iphone and we still don't know if it's going to be as fast as they say it is. But thats the ONLY thing nice about the iphone is it's SLOW sleek browser.

This isn't a Browser. It's a program that talks with a 3rd party server that is rendering the webpage and sending you pictures of the content. I wish people would stop calling it a browser.

They are touting flash playback like crazy because that's the only hangup that Safari on the iPhone has. Let me know when they actually make a real browser that can render webpages without the use of a 3rd party server.

waht's wrong with a stylus.. i've tried this touch stuff with the iphone... and it sucked .. zooming in and out .. with my fingers .. i still had to use to hands because i need to hold the phone with one.. and try to do that stupid zoom in and out motion with the other hand...
