In my own carreer mode I'm in season 3 and I see that Ola John from FC Twente (Eredivisie) has grown to 74 rating with 21 as age. He is also beneath 5mil. You should def have a look at him Dan :). He has 90 + pace, 4* skill and 4* weak foot. Can't wait for season 2 <3
