  • hi can i run it on a phenom 2 1100t, 16gb 1333, and 2 radeon 6990s? oh and windows hope premium 64 bit. i tried other games like gta4 and it was so laggy.

  • @imakedookie

    I hope that's a joke.

  • @imakedookie funny how I'm sure you run a pentium 4 :P

  • wtf why cant i run this game smoothly?

    i have hd radeon 5450

    amd athlon x4 640 (3.00ghz)

    and 4gb ram

    windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

    -.-

  • @badongdi

Because 5450 is a low-end card, it's not really meant for gaming.

  • @vibyjocke Hi,can i run this game at max settings?

    Video card:Ati Radeon 5770 1GB

    Gpu:AMD Athlon II X4 640

    4GB 1333MHz DDR 3

    With windows home preminum 64-bit

  • @seppoonmelkonen

Well, you have faster memory, gpu and cpu than me who is running it on maximum settings so the answer is... no?

  • @seppoonmelkonen u r such a fucking idiot

  • No explosions ? WTF dude..

  • veryyyy nice how would this work with XP and a HD4670 the rest is the same in my system than yours

  • bro how do you run with mods? I have the same set up and my fps is at 20 with lower res and less AA and AF, I even OC'ed the cpu to 2.8!

  • Hey so fallout 3 does work on Windows 7? Because i hear there is issues.

  • Yes, I've had no issues so far :)

  • @vibyjocke I got the same damn processor as you, but a terrible graphics card (ATI 4350) that is dragging my system don, I get really bad FPS (Dead rising 2 is unplayable on everything lowest settings including resoloution) Im thinking of getting a ATI HD 5770 CuCore PCI-E for £160, but I don't know much about graphics cards so I don't know if its a good card or not to run with this processor.

  • @MegaLolburger

    It's a really good match :)

  • @MegaLolburger

I agree with vibyjocke. I have an x4 640 and the 5770 and I'm very happy with the result. Low power draw, Very powerful for the price. I can max out crysis with AA turned off. For $150 you cant go wrong. If you want to overclock then get one with a good aftermarket cooler on it.

  • @vibyjocke

Me either execpt for GWL. Worst DRM ever.

  • Im in a jam...

This AMD Athlon II x4 620 or AMD Phenom II X4 955

Im only stuck because I want to crossfire my 5750, but im on a $300 budget.

I would only go with the athlon II because of my budget. Would you recommend it, and does this processor OC well?

  • $300 budget for the whole computer? If you're on a budget, don't worry about crossfire. A single 5750 will have max settings for quite awhile.

  • 3:23 Aaaaarrrrggghhhh! Super mario is dead! :D

  • I have this processor with ATI 4850 1GB! The maximum fps I got in an old car game (Need for Speed Most Wanted) were 111!!!

  • Yeah, try CS:S, I got like 200-300fps, totally rediculous :P Then it's just better to limit it to 60fps (or 71, which effectivly removes screen-tearing for me) and let the GPU breathe a little :)

  • @vibyjocke Yeah and save power

  • @vibyjocke

I was considering get the same CPU and GPU as you.

    AMD Athlon II X4 @ 2.60GHz with 4GB DDR2 @ 800MHz.

Radeon HD4770 with 1GB GDDR something.

Is this a good setup for modern games?

  • Yeah, I think so. Great value for the money, but you might want to look at the new generation of Radeons.

  • @vibyjocke

Im just trying to build a budget gaming PC for around £300 - £400 (max) and as long as it outperforms consoles, such as my PS3, then im happy.

  • Well then you could go for an even cheaper CPU and GPU. A dual core and a Radeon 4670 would do just fine, but the setup you mention will definitely last longer.

  • @vibyjocke

I just found this setup on NovaTech for £406 including the 17.5% VAT and delivery.

    - Novatech Motherboard Bundle - AMD II X4 620 @ 2.60GHz- 4GB DDR2 800Mhz - Nvidia MCP61P Motherboard

    - Novatech ATI Radeon HD4850 1024MB GDDR3

    - Western Digital 320GB 7200RPM HDD with 16MB Cache

    - OCZ StealthXStream 500w Silent SLI Ready ATX2 Power Supply

    - Samsung 22x DVD+/-RW Drive

    - Novatech Galaxy III Case With 450w PSU.

I can sell the 450W PSU, not sure if the 500W PSU will fit in case though

  • Looks good, but why would you sell the PSU?

  • @vibyjocke

Because the case comes with a 450W unbranded PSU, and I havent heard anything goo about unbranded PSUs. Plus the £406 includes an OCZ StealthXStream 500w Silent.

  • could you please post a vid on GTA IV pweeeesss!

    thanks!

  • Yeah, I've planned to, just haven't got around to it yet.

  • @vibyjocke hey man post more videos because im planning to get same processor as yours but hd4770 1gb ddr2 :P and 2gb ram upgrading to 3gb :D

im contented at that rig as a normal user/gamer :D thats awesome for me

  • I would, if I had any more games :P

  • @vibyjocke go and get modern warfare 2 :D

  • Video posted.

  • Is better buy HD 5770 it much faster + DX11.

Yes AMD Athlon ii x4 620 are very good cpu for such small price!

  • Well it is a bit faster but the price does not justify the extra speed. $99 vs $149 is 50% more, but it only performs about 25% better.

  • It is more than 25 %!

    HD 4770: 640 stream processors-750 MHz GPU, 3200 MHz 128-bit

    HD 5770: 800 stream processors-850 MHz GPU, 4800 MHz 128-bit

    = 40-45% Faster! + DX11 ;)

  • Look tests!

HD 5770 on 50 % faster also has 1024 mb

  • Awesome videos man. Great budget gaming rig with great results!

  • sir can you post more games, cause im planning to get the exact proc and video card you have.. just to get an idea on the performance thanks ^^,
