I was riding quad with one of the boys and he was literally 2 feet away from getting in a head on with a truck. Very next day I let two of my girl cousins (18 and 14) take the utility out on a spin... they were going down a gravel, went off the side and flipped the fourwheeler into a ditch and bent it all to hell. they're all right though...
Needless to say-- Not any longer does anyone touch my Hondas.
@mweymiller142 Both people in this video have been riding for over 20 years on bikes and quads. We both learned on a pair of Honda TRX70s when we both were 4 in 1989 and moved on from that. My parents bought me and my sister a matching pair of Suzuki LT230E's when I was 9 which I still own to this day. So yeah we are being dumb but we are still experienced!
Can anyone help me with my decision.......i want either a yz250f or a crf250r...which one is better for trail riding, reliability, how easy it is to ride etc.
that explains it slightly. Maybe the gearing in the transmissions are also slightly different maybe the YZ was just geared for more top end who knows. Both sick ass bikes though man props on the vids. I have a KX 250 RM 250(project) and might be pickin up my first 4 stroke tomorrow a '04 yz250f
@SkinnySkinch I think his bike has been jetted improperly. My bike in 90* weather does 75mph, when its chilly it does 80mph. He bought it used so I don't know what has exactly been done to it by the previous owner. I had to do all kinds of jetting adjustments to get mine to wheelie when you snap the throttle, the kid I bought it off of didn't know what he was doing and it let it run like crap stock.
the rider on the CRF250 either had like 10 more teeth on his sprocket than the YZ250F or the rider was like 100 pounds heavier if the top speed was that much different.
@steve069 I honestly am more of a kawasaki fan to be honest. First bike was a KX 100 but theyre all the same really I like em all. I was just shocked at how big of a difference there was. If you're 185 pounds you should hop on a 450 bro i picked up a crf450r a few weeks back and its amazing. Im about 180 pounds 5'11" and its perfect for me.
how did you fit a kick/side stand on the crf?
