  • Kelly you are fab! Only lucky enough to discover your videos the other day looking for a french onion soup recipe! I had the soft cheese/garlic/parsley stuffed chicken breasts last night and they were yummy. You're so down to earth it's so refreshing. I'm afraid I'm the same - on the scales every day which I know is bad. But the battery is nearly gone on them so nevermind :o) Looking forward to your next video.x x

  • i find chewing gum saves me from wanting food.

    But i just avoid the kitchen unless if it's time for lunch/dinner.

    Or...I just live my normal lifestyle but don't snack as much. rather than snacking i'll just have a proper meal and keep my self busy so i don't wonder off to the ktichen just cos i'm bord.

    Have you treid watching Paul McKenna Make me thin? I found that reallly interesting :]

  • coming off contraceptive can make your weigh fluctuate. i put on weight on the pill and off it but then eventually when i got a new pill i lost lots. its probably your hormones going a bit funny after coming off your contraceptive and all the changes your making to your life style in general. it can be so frustrating i know! :) xxx

  • I had a problem with an eating disorder in high school, and my doctor and mother took my scale away. It was really life changing. I don't weigh anymore. I only look for changes in clothing size, general feeling of health, etc. I'm glad you made the choice to go scale-free!

  • Oh i love cookbooks. yeah keep eating nuts. good fats break down bad fats. its all about stuffing oneself with oily fish. amazing stuff.

    out snacks, and pre packaged things is such a good idea!They are addictive,have no good vitamins like you're body needs, fresh fruits and veggies are the best way

    Which one of the Nakd bars is gluten free - I have seen a few but they don't seem to be and I'm gluten intolerant:( Somebody told me that diets don't work because they minute you stop them you put the weight back on - you are definitely going the right t way changing you entire lifestyle - good luck with the changes I'll definitely still be following xx

  • I'm so happy that your going to be slowly changing your channel. I don't feel like I can watch any other gurus on youtube that would talk about being healthy, I think most make it look as if its easy pesey, but you show that it does get hard at time.
