The first is Combat man, Who's best at killing fast , but if he doesn't kill fast he will die quick.
Witchblade of Kurnous - Providence (Champ Robe if you want him to have a hybrid tank) and Warp Throw. This allows him to drag units toward him, activate providence, and go all out with abilities, killing RLY quick.
The Second is UBER TANK that will live forever. I play him most.

The third is supportlock.
Immolator/Merciblade, Cloak of Shadows, Channelling
This allows the warlock to stand back, adding and masses of defends to units while they do the fighting.
I reccomend ubertank, of course. Go for champ robe then Merciblade, tech2, then HoD
