for the first 21levels you have to use genie lamps and once you get there you alch until you get to high alchemy then you o that till you can cast stun then do that until 99

@DraccerX okay the ONLY way to get 99 strength + 10 HP is in MEMBERS - Soul wars (very boring) same for range - you need members and buy a cannon (doesn't give hp) or do soul wars again.

Mage is the easiest skill to do this with. 1-10 wind strike on dummies. 10-19 penguin points. 19-55 curse on dummies/npc. 55-99 high alch. Easily done compared to other skills. Soul wars wasn't out when this video was released to all those suggesting that.

It's easy to get 99 mage 10 hp, because you wind strike until you get a curse spell than level your way up with those spells to alching and than high alch your way
