    I thought you you cooked the broil to long, which you mention already, never the less I was smiling all the time just seeing your art for cooking.

  • I have seen in all your videos that you use lots of saffron. do you have anyother alternative for saffron?? it is very expensive and not everyone can use it all the time! any advise??? thanks

  • @sibi04 there really isn't a substitute for saffron. Saffron has a unique flavor, as with most spices. Some people will use turmeric (aka Indian Saffron - which is part of the ginger family whereas Saffron is from the daisy family) but that has a much different color and taste a bit different. If you do use turmeric use a little as it is very strong and can overwhelm the dish easily.

  • nice videos. one little advice if i may. its better if you edit out some parts that are repeated. like the lemon thing. not only the video gets shorter but it also makes it more attractive for us to follow.

    Zafran water, you mix crushed zafran with hot water and let it sit for few min. and then use it.Thank you and keep it cooking.
