  • what the fuck is this. eddie brock and peter parker were never really friends -_-

  • @Quesly1 This show uses elements mostly from the 616 comics and Ultimate comics. The Peter and Eddie being friends stuff all came from Ultimate.

  • Vulture: I'm going to kill and drop you. >:D

Norman: You fail at life. :|

Norman Osborn doesn't give a fuck.

  • Is it me or do I just hear Sgt Foley?

  • 00:04 Guy on the right.. Bad Guy from Jackie Chan Adventures?

  • @MannyShmexy John DiMaggio voices Hammerhead and also Hak Foo from Jackie Chan Adventures.

  • How did Adrian Tombs' nose get pointy

  • @WallyXification Genetics maybe?

  • RAMIREZ KILL SPIDERMAN!

  • have to admit i sometimes root for the villains on this show. and that just proves how awesome this show is! it shows how bad a past the villains had so you feel so bad for them! i mean really osborn was just a dick to vulture.

  • I always hated how in most of the marvel films now, the villains go unnamed. I guess it was because they thought it wasn't realistic - this show however names the villains in a believable way. Perfection.

  • the vulture is FREDDY FREAKING KRUEGER

  • I love this norman osborn the 90's one he was a slimey coward i mean seriously the man screamed like a bitch at the sight of danger this one is being held hostage 100 stories up and still has the balls to insult his captor. I not only find him to be competent but despite being obviously evil i like him and he is a villain i can get behind!

  • @TestMonkey254 And even when he got dropped he still didn't scream.

  • ...WELL IM WAITING! *Smack

  • Hard to believe (In an epic way) that Robert Englund voices the Vulture. Pretty frikin' badass in terms that he looks like Freddy a bit.

  • am i the only one who dreams about making some super suit and or weapon and becoming a villain in real life!?

  • cool episode

  • 7:10 Pete's suddenly got shoes again.

  • @221b yea a think the guys created this was cunfiused

  • Comment removed

  • If you new to the series remember what Normon Osborne says at 2:20.

  • Freddy Kruger voices vulter lmao.

  • It's funny cuz you know who's gonna be who by their name. Like Venom.

  • OSBOURNE!!!!!!

  • i never apolgize

  • What a dick is Spiderman saving the Villains who are white collared

  • "i called you a BUZZARD!

    WHAT!?"

    this show is awesome

  • why does Harry sound like Marty Mcfly?

  • I like the villian designs alot in this show. But I don't like that they gave Venom tiny little legs. I mean from the torso he looks good. But when you see his tiny legs... It looks... Weird...

  • @TheWebHeadSpiderMan Hes designed to look like a bird.

  • @62SG Uh.... Why is Venom designed to look like a bird? He wasn't before. And he doesn't look like a bird in this show.

  • @TheWebHeadSpiderMan My bad, misread your comment and thought you were talking about Vulture.

  • @62SG No worries. Happens to me too.

  • @TheWebHeadSpiderMan But regarding Venom, they probably gave him smaller legs to emphasize his upper body and make him look bulkier.

  • @62SG Touche. But I still think it looks silly.

  • @TheWebHeadSpiderMan dont you mean vulture???

  • @adamakbaritachi1000 -Facepalm- The guy I was talking to was mistaking me talking about Vulture and not Venom. Read the comments I talk to, before you write.

  • Web underneath Spiderman's armpit?

  • LMAO at 4:55

  • FREDDY KRUEGER!

  • where is his spider sense....

  • Norman Osborn: the new (or rather, old) Xanatos!

  • 3:53-3:56 "I maybe an old man, but I'm not a patient one." Good line.

  • LOL Gwen's boyfriend is VENOM!

  • This has to be the fourth time I've seen this episode and I'm only just now realising how great of a first episode is we get introduced to the enforcers, hammerhead, doc ock, the lizard, sandman, rhino, vulture and the mystery of the "big man" all in one episode.

  • @indifilmsmakenosense haha, and I thought I was obsessed with this show. Not that it is bad, for I've seen it without shame for the third time and I will probably see it three more times in my lifetime.

One thing that I love is that you get to know some characters, before they become the supervillians. Doc Ock isn't named Octavius, I didn't know Rhinos real name and many other things that the new generation will be surprised and astounded. I will show this show to my new born little brother.

  • @movienaut Lucky brother

  • @indifilmsmakenosense what's up with your username?you don't like indiana jones?

  • @ssssssssssssssssss50

    He means Independent films.

  • @ssssssssssssssssss50 xD indiana jonees

  • @indifilmsmakenosense You forgot Venom and the Green Goblin as well.

  • u know whats strange about the spider man franchise i have read the ultimate spider mans series seen 2 spider man show and the movie and in all them harry Osborn is completely different in personality

  • dgg,g88,guv grjg u jr ng

  • .... wheres marry jane O.o

  • @HelloyouTheSmiley She comes in later in the series.

  • @MGsChannel YAY :D but i dont like this one so in not gonna see it :)

  • If I didn't know better, I'd say Norman Osborn was Peter Parker's real father. Wouldn't be the first time a superbaddie fathered a superhero. And why else would a super rich man scorn his own flesh-and-blood, not even bothering to give him private lessons in science or business management, for a kid whose family is barely making ends meet?

  • This show is funny, Spidey's sarcasm has always been one of my favorite parts about him

  • the riddler from the batman and vulture are maybe has the same voice actor??

  • ive got vulture

  • the enforces are a badass bunch

  • eddie friend with parker ?

  • "I called you a buzzard."

    "What?!"

  • Did he really throw a person at a police officer? 4:55

  • NICE version of the Vulture! Love that "Freddy Kruger" is the voice talent. Normally I don't care much for the Vulture, but just the same I'm glad they started the "super villains" with Adrian Toomes. Very close to the comic (1st appearance of the Vulture was issue #2, if memory serves correct, so preceded only really by the Chameleon whose 1st appearance was #1).

  • meh...... idk if i like this spidey or not

  • whats up with brock?why so young?and nice too?

  • god... i'd forgotten about this... its nice to have a mosey about and find something worth watching you never thought you would...

  • where's mary jane?

  • "I'm what you called me. I'm the VULTURE!"

    "I called you a BUZZARD!"

    "What?"

"You can't even get the name right!"

    lol, best supervillain naming EVER!!!

  • @ztslovebird LOL this show isnt bad. I love that they stuck with the original web shooters instead of the dumb biological ones

  • @LostWorldRaptor I never said the show was bad. Quite the opposite; it was a crime to cancel this show!

  • @LostWorldRaptor hey man... man made web "shooters" make more sense, maybe... but I think having natural web is a whole lot better. Shit, I mean actual spiders produce it naturally, so why not. And it's less of a hassel n less problematic.

    Yup, natural web production winsX3

  • @Ackles4life yeah i know what you mean. I'm just a bit of a junkie for the originals. Still love Spiderman tas.

but when you think about it the natural ones would be easier, but then there would be less gut-wrenching moments where he's like "f**k, outta webbing!" natural ones takes the easy way out!

    lol

  • @LostWorldRaptor hahaha that's truexD

  • why is vulture red and why is eddie brock peter parkers friend. Why does doc connors have 2 arms. even though it doesn't stay true to the comics its still pretty good.

  • @TheXtraGuy Because this isnt the Amazing Spider-Man, this is "The Spectacular Spider-Man" Lol, anyway there are a few things that bothers me too, but spiderman is spiderman, best superhero ever

  • @TheXtraGuy one of connors arms is mechanical. you see it clearer in later episodes

eddie being a friend of peter's is canon is some of the comics, usually the Ultimate Spider-Man. He becomes venom later in the series

  • @TheXtraGuy This does stay true to the original comics. This is the most accurate Spider-Man cartoon to the original comics that i've ever seen. The reason why Eddie Brock is Peter Parker's friend here is because that was taken from the Ultimite Spider-Man comics and Doc Conners has a fake arm here. This is show is mostly based off of the original Spider-Man comics from the 60's and 70's while taken elements from the movies and Ultimite Spider-Man comics.

  • @PhillT1988 Silly question; Isn't Eddie Brock the poor sap who turns into Venom, or is that just in the movie?

  • @ztslovebird Yes. Eddie Brock does become Venom

  • @ztslovebird Nope. He turns into venom. That happens every time, in every show, movie and comic. The world would end if they changed that.

  • As much as I hate the fact that the series is cancelled, I like how it came full circle with Norman Osborn's "Don't apologize; I never do." line.

  • screw the vulture, thumb up if youd prefer the Ultimate Spiderman version of the Beetle

  • @PRVTDickStryker well this is the 2nd time i watch this show and i'll tell u something....this show is like 80% ultimate spidey(he's young and many others, just watch and u'll see)

  • The guy at the beginning (on the radio) VOICES SGT. FOLEY IN MODERN WARFARE 2

  • Keith David. Duh!

  • @800Frozone Thank you for saving me from hours of whacking my head trying to remember his real name! I knew I recognised the voice, but I couldn't for the life of me remember his real name!

  • is the doctor, the lizard ?

  • You mean Connors? Yea he is.

  • I think Bruce Willis would be a good Vulture, if they put a new more agressive spin on him for a movie.

  • go spidey go

  • Osborn is the man

  • @Reaper5594

    In this series, he does.

  • his armpits are so old and dusty, they have cobwebs growing from them

  • norman osborn: a man who never apologizes

  • Woah, why is Captain Anderson after Spiderman?

  • I don't like this animation style. It's too childish. The 90's version had worse plots, but much more realistic animation. This Dr Octopus is just ridiculous. The 90's one was a bad ass.

  • @asmodeus585 Err..maybe you watch more episodes before you start judging Doc Ock. When he finally snaps he is nothing short of a badass.

And do know the difference between animation and character designs? Animation is the way the characters move. The animation here is pretty fluid. SM actually moves fast like he's supposed to. In TAS he's didn't move that fast or that well.

But I guess every SM cartoon is supposed to have detailed art style with slow animation and stock footage.

  • @KCJ506: Sorry, I'm not a native speaker and I wondered how you say about the way the characters are drawn in English. I saw a few people comment about animation style and that was what mislead me.

I don't need to watch more episodes, as I'm familiar with the entire series since 2008 and I still think this Doc Ock sucks. But that's my individual opinion. I like this series anyway, I just think the 90's was a tiny bit better.

  • Osborns a BAMF, Eddie's cool, No MJ!? wtf happened to my childhood

  • @queentellera REALLY!!!!?!?!? hell yah

  • This episode right here shows how much of a badass Norman is compared to the 90s one. In that series he runs away from Vulture screaming and whimpering. Here he's being held hundreds of feet in the air and not only is he not afraid, he has the balls to insult him.

  • curt connors is the lizard (or will become) and eddie brock will be venom

  • This is fuckin GOLDEN

    AHH I love it

  • I Love Ben Disken as Eddie Brock Jr. and Josh Keaton IS Spider-Man!

  • Vulture costume is way better in this series than the 90's one, red and black are the new black and blue :D

  • 1:24 is that the voice of dr ock from spidey 2?

  • @petermizuho uhm..no...lol

  • Ving Rhames!?

  • the web shooters suck its way better when he can shoot web naturaly on the movie

  • @peaceloveandgogreen Dude, have you even read the actual comics??

  • 289jgjkgjkfjvffdjjjcn nvvnvnvnvnvn tttggggggggggjggjgjjgjjjgjjgbhghvhggggghhnvnfvnvnnnhgnggggggggggggggnnnnnvvhhgghghgjvnvnjvnvj njvgnhhfvyfyvhvfhvhfyfffyfyfyfyyfyffhhhhhhhhgfgfhffjgcffytgttvfvgvgvggvgvggggvtvgvfvgtffyf

  • I find it SO awsome that the Vulture is voice acted by Robert Englund (AKA: FREDDY KRUEGER!)

  • @queentellera I would like to see Robert Englund play Vulture in the Reboot. Not John Malkovick.

  • @TitanDweevil Agreed. Put Freddy aside and England is a very good actor who looks very close to Adrian Toombs in real life.

  • @queentellera how'd you find that out?

  • @thegrim504 Robert's voice is UNforgettable ^-^

  • @queentellera a.k.a the riddler in the W.B version of the batman awell :P

  • @queentellera one, two, vulture's comin for you...

  • @queentellera Didn't he play The Riddler in The Batman? His voice sounds familiar, and I've been beating myself silly trying to remember where from.

  • @queentellera Wow, really? Awesome!

  • @queentellera No fuckin Way!

  • @queentellera So, he's the actor who plays Freddy Krueger, or someone who voiced him?

  • @queentellera really thats fucking awesome

  • @queentellera I agree. He's perfect for the role.

  • Spider mans first villain ever was the chameleon in amazing spiderman #1 :)

  • @joshdenine yep! but i like how they changed it.

  • lol must suck when your dad likes your best friend more than you

  • correct me if I'm wrong, but in the beggining of Spider-Man (and I mean the comic) wasn't his first major "super-villain" Vulture? If so then this show gets points for starting off sort of similarily

  • He met Chameleon in issue 1 and Vulture in issue 2.

  • ohhhh sooo close, but no cigar :P

  • @aceshighdueceslow close enough dude. Kudos for knowing at least most of your spider-history!

  • 3:20-3:27 LOL, great jab at the villains taking names from what someone calls them prior to it.

"I called you a buzzard! You can't even get the name right!"

  • I am loving this TV series so far. Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, Harry and Norman Osborn, the Vulture, Hammerhead... It's awesome! Although I haven't heard of the Enforcers, before. Comes to show I don't read comic books that much.

  • that would have been the vilian in SM 4

  • why oculdnt spider-man have smartass comments like in this one in the movies?!

  • The new Vulture in the comics looks like the this version.

  • pause at 5:01...General Grievous

  • Comment removed

  • I wanna hug Harry... I always feel so bad for him, and this version is sooooo adorable!

  • Eddie Brock!!!! I wonder when he becomes Venom and why, I mean him and peter are friends in this show but in the old show he hated Peter and he was clued in on the fact that spider-man and Peter are the same person.

  • Recommend watching the series in order. The Venom arc is extremely written, way better than the film.

  • @escottish140 Yeah, Eddie Brock is actually a nice guy in this TV series.

  • Yes, he is....in the beginning. He gets blinded with anger, jealousy, bitterness, and betrayal later. It's a beautiful arc in his character. I loved it.

  • No wonder Osborn becomes the Green Goblin, Spider-man is a ass.

  • No wonder the experiment worked, Vulture was already so skinny thet he could fly even without any wings, if the wind blew XD joking, but he rlly is so skinny

  • Lol "Spider-Man I thought u were a myth" "I need a new press agent"

  • vulture/Norman:who are you?!

Spidey:why I'm your favorite neighborhood spider-man of course.

    LOL

  • Comment removed

  • Who is the voice of Vulture? It's so familiar... O.o

  • The Vulture is voiced by Robert Englund who played the role of Freddy Krueger in the Nightmare on Elm Street film series.

  • You think he could also play vulture in a future spidey movie?

  • Movie Spidey aswell

  • Damn i feel really srry for harry osborn

  • The cartoon is a mix of the original(60's) comic book continuality, and the ultimate spider-man(2000's).

In both continualities, Peter Parker was bitten by the spider at age 16, so he would have been in high school.

This cartoon is pretty much spot on as an amalgam of the two.

  • I thought Spiderman was on university (Conors university if I remember). Does Spidey ever was in highscholl? I duno, it;s just nit the same. Peter was almost as good as many scientist, with his reserches and chemical web upgrades and all... Ehh, why does Peter have to be younger?

(If it was in Comis that way please tell me I only saw the show.)

  • Peter started being Spiderman when he was sixteen

  • Peter became Spider-Man when he was fifteen, according to the original lore at least.

  • @arore Whater ever a big difference

  • if you like in the beginning in the classroom you see the titles of the chapters on the black board (survival of the fittest, inerations...

  • Spiderman to Osborn: "Dude, you are the bossiest damsel in distress I have ever resqued! Also the ugliest, heaviest, and the first."

  • Isn't this like an alternate universe, considering that Eddie Brock and Peter Parker are friends and have known each other since childhood?
