really, the only reason anybody can beat the last challenge is because the satyrs had mercy on them. all they have to do is use their bullshit move where they stab you and throw you and you're fucking dead. this is fucking retarded
whoever decided to put satyrs on the last challenge needs to have something huge and awkward shaped shoved up their ass. they seriously make it borderline impossible

For those having problem on the 9th its quite asy,just jump 2times then hold L1 and press triangle ALOT of times until he hits you (he always hits you) then repeat until circle appears...oh and by the way try to stay in the middle,if not he might hit your making you going out of the platform..(almost did to me) Thumps up so people can see

HELL YES, I didn't feel this good gaming since beating wetwork after a millionth time in MW2. Hard to say which was more frustrating, at least there I could take breaks. I can't even type , I'm shaking, lol.

Wetwork was a serious BEEEACH to get through on veteran and about the closest I got the levels of frustration I endured here. However, for wetwork, when I failed, I knew it was me who did something wrong. THIS pile of poo is just plain unfair!

For everyone still attempting this god forsaken game: In addition to the L1+X move, i also found it necessary to dodge a lot in order to keep them from kicking me off. To do that, just rotate the right stick in any direction and PRESS X after you do that. Kratos does the same air throw as L1+X only this has the benefit of keeping you moving at the same time, whereas the L1+X makes you pause in one place and lets them hit you and shove you....I got my platinum, im taking 7 tylenol n going 2 sleep

i did it with L1+X and then in the air and when i landed i rolled immediately and pressed X then L1+X in the air etc etc and when i got hit in the air and landed started again with L1+X in the air BTW i used my rage of the gods on the 2nd challenge HAHA and i was at challenge 10 so i didnt feel like resetting anyway my method worked after some tries BTW try jumping BEFORE your platform is at the same level with the target platform if you think you can make the jump do it but be careful GOOD LUCK

If any of you are having trouble with Challenge #10 and find L1+X hard to use, switch to Artemis Blade and use Down + Triangle. Even though you risk losing about 0.3 seconds (which is enough for the goat to throw you off) and your blade is short, it can blast goats out of the ring in 1 big hit compared to 5 small hits.
I had the best luck using the rage of gods at the start, and then spamming the arial L1+O move. This is the best way, and I've tried a lot of different methods, believe me. Nothing works better.

After going through hell with #8, I was so happy to beat #9 without any problems. Spam Triangle and to hell with that minigame. It's easier to just keep attacking.
And holy shit, I hated #10 soo much. My technique was L1 + X, then L1 + Square. Satyrs go flying like.
I had beat the challenge when the game first came out and I forgot how insane and miserable it made me, until today that am trying to beat it again for the ps3 and get the platinum...and FOOOOOOOOOOOOOK!!!

To ge tthe Satyr's off the platform, use L1 + X to launch them in-air, then use the L1 + O attack to throw them off. It counts as a kill, but they respawn almost instantly. I hope this help's anyone who has problems! :D GOOD LUCK!

It took me 20 minutes to do Challenges 1-9. After trying to beat Challenge 10 for an hour, my friend helped me and beat it for me. It only took an hour or two! Once you see the top of the platform, JUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These challenges are SO much easier then the ones on GOW 3, only this one I didn't get on the first try, I keep doing L1 + X, but then they grab me or kick me and push me off, CONSTANTLY! I keep doing this in the air and I rarely hit a dog or so..
I don't know if it's where I'm playing the PS3 version or not,but literally EVERY SINGLE TIME one of those guys hits me I fly off the platform and the game glitches up.

When i started playing this was because i couldnt kill the kratos clones in god mode i just couldnt do it then i saw the challenges of the gods and they were pretty easy untill i got to the eight challenge and thanks to you i will be able to do it thanks man!!!
Thanks for the help. I couldn't have done it without this guide. It took a while, but I finally passed #10 by non-stop wailing on L1 + X. I never got to use the Fury of the Gods since my meter never filled....but I somehow did it in the nick of time before my health expired!
10 is just fucking rage, about 4 times I came as high as the end and then some gay ass bitch satyr grabs me with his fucking stick and throws me off with me unable to do anything, block/evade nothing works !
area 10 is fucking bullshit, its bad enough that the platform is smaller than shit but put two fuckin satyrs and cerberus pups in the mix and its a fuckin mess, no matter what moves I do they always fuckin throw me off, i swear whoever thought of area 10 should die for this shit

HELL YES, I didn't feel this good gaming since beating wetwork after a millionth time in MW2. Hard to say which was more frustrating, at least there I could take breaks. I can't even type , I'm shaking, lol.

Wetwork was a serious BEEEACH to get through on veteran and about the closest I got the levels of frustration I endured here. However, for wetwork, when I failed, I knew it was me who did something wrong. THIS pile of poo is just plain unfair!

For everyone still attempting this god forsaken game: In addition to the L1+X move, i also found it necessary to dodge a lot in order to keep them from kicking me off. To do that, just rotate the right stick in any direction and PRESS X after you do that. Kratos does the same air throw as L1+X only this has the benefit of keeping you moving at the same time, whereas the L1+X makes you pause in one place and lets them hit you and shove you....I got my platinum, im taking 7 tylenol n going 2 sleep

i did it with L1+X and then in the air and when i landed i rolled immediately and pressed X then L1+X in the air etc etc and when i got hit in the air and landed started again with L1+X in the air BTW i used my rage of the gods on the 2nd challenge HAHA and i was at challenge 10 so i didnt feel like resetting anyway my method worked after some tries BTW try jumping BEFORE your platform is at the same level with the target platform if you think you can make the jump do it but be careful GOOD LUCK

If any of you are having trouble with Challenge #10 and find L1+X hard to use, switch to Artemis Blade and use Down + Triangle. Even though you risk losing about 0.3 seconds (which is enough for the goat to throw you off) and your blade is short, it can blast goats out of the ring in 1 big hit compared to 5 small hits.

I had the best luck using the rage of gods at the start, and then spamming the arial L1+O move. This is the best way, and I've tried a lot of different methods, believe me. Nothing works better.

After going through hell with #8, I was so happy to beat #9 without any problems. Spam Triangle and to hell with that minigame. It's easier to just keep attacking.
And holy shit, I hated #10 soo much. My technique was L1 + X, then L1 + Square. Satyrs go flying like.

To ge tthe Satyr's off the platform, use L1 + X to launch them in-air, then use the L1 + O attack to throw them off. It counts as a kill, but they respawn almost instantly. I hope this help's anyone who has problems! :D GOOD LUCK!

wuuh ! yeah finally i did it! itried it for hours with L1+X, then I got it with another method on my first attempt ! SQUARE+SQUARE*SQUARE(Hold)! Try this! Thats so much easier! I didnt even use the rage of gods.

It took me 20 minutes to do Challenges 1-9. After trying to beat Challenge 10 for an hour, my friend helped me and beat it for me. It only took an hour or two! Once you see the top of the platform, JUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These challenges are SO much easier then the ones on GOW 3, only this one I didn't get on the first try, I keep doing L1 + X, but then they grab me or kick me and push me off, CONSTANTLY! I keep doing this in the air and I rarely hit a dog or so..

Thanks for the help. I couldn't have done it without this guide. It took a while, but I finally passed #10 by non-stop wailing on L1 + X. I never got to use the Fury of the Gods since my meter never filled....but I somehow did it in the nick of time before my health expired!
