  • Jamie มึงควายมากๆ ทำไม่เป็นเสือกเสนอหน้าทำ

  • 9:47 .....it looks like puke to me xD

  • he said a thai grocery owner gave him so it should be correct

  • when I gone to an indian restaurant I had tasted a thai dish but I hated it

it contained cocao milk sth like that , some of my friends loved it but I hated it so it depends on your taste, delectation etc.

  • Any one seen episode 18 on here? (series 1 btw)

  • for drink he put glass of olive oil

  • beside criticism... has anybody tried the recipe? is it worth to try it?

  • @albertosessa I was just coming from the Guardin page, & according to the comments the curries weren't that good.. but now I don't remember if they specified which curry... (Useless comment)...

Something that might be useful: If it sort of clicks with you, because of the ingredients... or you know the method (curries I mean, anything else is way too easy)... Give it a try. Only you can assess if it really is worthy. ^.^

  • Have you ever traied papaya juice???

  • Looks great, prob tasty too.... But no way that this is a Thai curry.

  • I'm not british so when he says "4 whack" what does he mean?

  • @fashionguru16 Full whack... max heat

  • @fashionguru16 you mean full whack? if you meant full whack, it means to turn the gas up to maximum

  • @fashionguru16 full whack means to turn the oven or pan or whatever up to the highest setting (:

  • I'm Thai,too.

I like watching Jamie's cooking but it's not Thai food at all. :)

  • i'm thai and i confirmed this is not thai dish - -"

  • @shanya86

I agree. This's not THAI FOODS.

  • @shanya86 It's thai inspired. He never said anything about authenticity.

And honestly, who cares? The flavor combination makes sense.

  • @shanya86 more of thai inspired dishes

  • @shanya86 jamie usually takes a traditional type of dish and modernises it a bit, and puts his own twist on it and makes it his own

  • @shanya86 when someone says something like thai style, they do not mean authentic thai. it's more like fusion or influence! Cooking is exciting!

  • @shanya86 of course its a thai dish, he has just added his own twist to it, thats what cooking is all about, if you want to follow a recipe step by step then take up baking, but cooking is adventurous, you play with all the colors and flavors and make beautiful presentation with it :) even if you want to make this recipe you dont have to follow it exactly, you can add, remove or substitute anything you want :)

  • @FlowerAmongThorns lies, I NEVER follow a recipe when cooking! baking or not =D

  • @faylinameir baking is for women

  • i swear he probably finishes 1 bottle for every meal he cooks!

  • putting soya sauce into curry is kinda weird...we don't usually do that :\ but it looks good either way

  • "Coriander, Coriander... some oil... Coriander..." :) <3

  • Bet he puts olive oil on corn flakes he should be named Jamie olive oil

  • It looks almost erotic taking the seeds out of that papaya

  • oh! no. No soy sauce and sesame oil into the paste. You are great at promoting Thai food which I thank you but please dont mislead it.

  • Thanks you so much for uploading all these episodes. There is no way I could have watched them without you.
