hey dave nice to get a few words from you .. im in process of talking to ricahrd seher over at airstar on a mongoose maybe or a evolution... very good people there ... seeings that richard is a former MARINE we had to keep up the tradition of harassment.. lol .. im deploying in july i may take posession of the bird when i get to ft lewis washington .. i know its a lil much but its worth it ...

dacostad. i have to admit that that copter is a work of art. and im thinking of geting one of there mongooses. was wondering does the airstar group build RTF. i figure if they do its gonna be more but its how i would want it built. ot one of there big electrics. any advice is appreciated chris

Hi Chris, yes it is. I also have a green Mongoose which is my daily flyer and I love it.

Airstar only do RTF and they do a great job building them.

I noticed the tail rotor stops turning before the main rotor, can you auto rotate with these helis?

Yes you can you just dont have any tail control it just weathervanes, but the main blades retain more power as they are not slowed down by the friction of the tail rotor

It actually autos quite nicely, despite its 22 pound weight. Since there is no torque on the rotor system in an autorotation, you don't need a tail rotor. I have auto'd the JetCopter a lot and it's a great performer.

I bought my green jetcat from Airstar along with three scale helicopters and Josef owner of Airstar has helped me out many times . They have great costumer service they stand behind there products . I am a life long custmer thats for sure.

Hi, looks excelente your jet heli. Did you jet copter made loops and rols? did you have good tecnical support from Airstar Internacional?

Hi, yes it can do loops and rolls, but I have not yet tried them.

I have had great support from Airstar both for the JetCopter and the Mongoose gasser that I have.
