I can relate to these situations somewhat. I work with folks that have children and the like so I encounter this from time to time. It's just the way it is. Work is important, but family comes first. I think *most* supervisors are aware of this too.

But I'd like to marry with someone in the

Although I'm a man, I feel responsibility for making a baby in my intuition.
I feel my ancestors want me to suceed
something important, which isn't just a
blood but more precious things.
