Not even close to correct. UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object, meaning we have no idea what it is. Also, there are many different types of flying objects, unidentifiable or not, so it depends what that UFO is. We don't need a runway for a helicopter, but we do for an airplane. What makes you think there is maximum two intelligent species in the universe? And why only one flying object?
