These Animal Buddies went into WAR!!! with you on these levels, I remember one of the last stages Toxic Tower each animal took a hard beating to bring you across that board. Thumbs up to "Animal Buddies"

@ElmntNinja pffft, I know the feeling. a lot of em were gimmicky stages at that, which is mostly what did me in a few times more than they should've... like that Acid climb one near the top. got atleast 5 game overs on that damn stage. first one was from about 10 lives, the others were just from the 5 lives set cause that's what you restarted with. X.x

@ElmntNinja haha. in otherwords about 3-5 lives per run-through... I forgot how many but there was one balloon at the start, one at the end target thing, and the kong letters... I dunno if there were any others you could easily get there. (other than bannana stocking up) though I'm not sure but couldn't you just spam the balloon in the first room multiple times without finishing the level couldn't you? *shrugs*

for me: DK 1 passed, DK2 was probably the most memorable thanks to the tunes and some good levels, DK3 was the best in terms of upgrades and new things but it comes second.I dunno, first one was just kinda monochromatic to me, especially on bosses...
