What I mean is the ppl of Silent Hill were saying demon becuz there wuz a demon inside Cloe. Cloe tried to tell Sierrena about the demon inside her but the demon wanted to keep unknown so the demon made Cloe kill Sierrena

She was trying to tell Sierrena that but the demon made her kill Sierrena so she wouldn't kill her. Cleo wasn't killed i think. Maybe the monsters tried to keep her safe from the demon. I kno although if u have a BFFL u wouldn't kill her.

my guess is that at silent hill hotel when she said she had to tell her something it was a demon inside of her and the demon killed sierenna and that very same demon is the one trying to get her to come to silent hill by making her feel guilty and confused and at a point los it so she would kill herself to find out sierenna was never gone she was cleo but sierenna was trying to stay with her as she could without her knowing so she could watch her and when or if she killed herself she would watch
