Hey girl, I would say that birdseed is SUPER heavy, I made the mistake of stuffing with lentils once and had serious back pain the next day, I use a mixture of dry oatmeal (not instant or 2 minute stuff cause it will get gross) and dry rice. The rice keeps the oatmeal from getting damp and smelly while providing a bit of weight to make the boobies jiggle. The oatmeal provides volume without making it too heavy. Just my two cents.
