  • what a waste when they be cheeper just auction them off cheep then paying some companey to demolish and clean it up

  • The banks want people to foreclose soon we the people will have nothing and the banks will own everything. It is amazing how through usury you can enslave an entire people.

  • SERIOUSLY???? You all are just "believing what this idiot is telling you?" GET EDUCATED about the banks an the bail outs and exactly WHAT a BANK IS responsible for and WHAT YOU AND I ARE RESPONSIBLY (supposed to be responsible ) for!...You are all acting like a bunch of cattle..."moo-moo"...unbelievable....

  • why on't you all just move to Siberia, china or just hang in here and wait for Obama to get re elected.....What you are all wanting to live in is a communist society. Where you do whatever you feel like it and reap nothing bad from it....and no one else gets to reap from there hard work but you. ... unbelievable....

  • @amycolleen61 Read up so you know what Communism is, because it's quite clear from your comment that you have no idea what you are talking about.

  • That is CAPITALISM in full progress, we will destroy it but you will live under the bridge.

  • This guy is great! I just stumbled in here, and hadn't heard of this. I'm so glad he is uncovering this, or at least exposing it more. The Banks, what greedy SOB's! Maybe someday they will find themselves without a place to stay, and feel really sorry that they did this. If I knew who was the individual that pulled the plug on this, I'd give them a piece of my mind! I think the landfill should charge them the value of the home to dump the debris.

  • just give away the homes atleast people can pay property tax , instead of living in tents.

  • Oh. A lot of property got wasted. Hope this crisis will never happen again.

  • Obama should take em over and give em to the homeless to fix up and live in.....to get em off the streets.....damn its been a cold winter......

  • huge waste

  • "Extreme Home Makeover Depression Edition"...lol Funny, but not funny. Never heard that saying before... Funny, but true...

  • 1960 US Pop. 186 Million, 58 Million homes - 1 home per 3.1 people.

    2006 US Pop. 300 Million, 126 million homes - 1 home per 2.3 people.

We have a housing surplus! STOP BUILDING NEW HOMES!

  • Sad to see, but it's worse that they're doing the same with neighborhoods where families have lived for years. Where would these people all have gone too?

  • How are things now in 2010? Is it better?

  • and.... who's on the side of the banks that destroy these new homes? that's right... republicans.

  • @SashaHasani1990 stop talking about republicans/democrats. have you not noticed yet that they are the same?? this left/right paradigm is false. remember the band The Who? "Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss".

No matter which party gets into the whitehouse. the same agenda will play out.

  • Thanks for showing us these videos. I appreciate the work your doing especially with george4title. You guys kick ass and our showing us the stuff the main stream media won't show us.

  • Highland Park, Michigan of the 21st century.

  • No need for banks to keep loss value new developments, or to give out loans for businesses to create jobs. The banks got the taxpayer backed bail out money to inflate the derivative markets. So to pay out huge bonuses to the bankers. Not to increase the job market. There"s not incentive to do so. The banks have the derivative markets to invest money and taxpayer money to make huge profits and to inflate the derivative markets for themselves. Prove me wrong.ha,ha,

  • i notice you tube is blocking my comments....zion rules

  • You just can't stop your hate can you? You aren't no christian.

  • I guess you arent aware of the fact that mossad now has free access to all of the inner workings of y tube and are actively spamming accts they dont like...deleting them etc. This has happened to me many times. I sent you the information to educate you but you wont even look at it....your a sad case

  • Keep living in your delusion. It aint going to work.

  • yeah....keep huffing paint with the ghetto boppers...it will help you stay in denial of the obvious

  • If every person in America stopped making their house payments and car payments at the same time,Obama still would bail them out and give many of you jobs to throw each other out of their homes and take each others cars away .

  • What!? why would they do that?

  • Please put a wind break on your microphone.

  • could someone please shoot these people for destroying these new homes.

  • If we had socialism they could give them to homeless families. but since we have fascism , they have to tear them down. because we are nazi's. remember chicken little saying hannity was a nazi?

  • I wonder if the reason they are destroying them because the government would expect tax revenue from the house even though no one lived in it.... Tax rev from the banks... I don't know, I am just speculating....

  • sad , we need to rid the goverments banks and this elite. start a new fair world system dudes before its to late.

  • i guess the housing depression skipped so. california...cuz here you still cant buy a house, i've been getting priced out by drug dealers who have CASH to pay for houses...

  • Once again the interest rate is low so the greedy assholes are borrowing again so the price continue to stay high.

  • Stop the world! I want to get off!

  • I love the crack in the windshield and the squeaky brakes.

  • idiots

  • people are going to continue fleeing from the suburbs seeing that they are completely unaffordable to live in and gas prices on the raise. so they flock to an even more depressed capital or city

  • Iraq war,

Is the United States of America mentioned in biblical prophecy? If we are, indeed, in the "last days" before Christ's return, as the overwhelming evidence indicates, is it possible that the greatest Gentile power in history would have been overlooked, or is irrelevant? Or, are references hidden, as are many other prophecies, to be "unsealed" to seekers in the last days according to Daniel 12:4?

  • Property values decrease because Victorville was a massive real estate bubble. Something this guy does not address. In 2008-2009 property values plummet to "normal value." So now builders can either complete the home for another 50k-60k or bull doze it for a cheaper price. Trust me. I work in the design side of the construction field. Recovery on investment cannot be made going into more debt by completing homes.

  • Your right it makes no sense to complete besides they were never close to being lived in. There were just to many homes built because most were being bought by investors/ flippers.

  • Why do you people listen to this guy? REALITY CHECK: That is Victorville, CA. If they do not demolish homes guess who is moving in? Thats right? They will be Section 8 neighborhoods or low income homes turning the area into instant ghettos. It is already happening in Victorville. The city fines the owners for not completing the homes but at least they can recover costs by hanging onto the land. 150k to build a home. They bought the land hot in 2007 so now what do u do?

  • Shut the HELL UP commie!!!

  • Why is this "shocking"? Capitalism is nothing but institutional larceny. Just a big chrome plated Ponzi scheme. If enough of you boobs out there would wake up and call this bullshit for what it is, we could finally get it to work FOR us and not against us.

  • Socialism is nothing but institutional larceny. Capitalism is what empowers the individual so that they are not at the mercy of the almighty State and its politically connected cronies in the banks.

  • Taxpayers bail out banks. Taxpayers get laid off, become homeless. Banks destroy new homes.

    WTF?

  • Oh ya! One more thing. GET READY FOR THE OBAMA DRAFT ASSWIPE!!! LMFAO!!!

  • its the clinton administration that is responsible for the housing/mortgage crisis.

everyone deserves a house, right? even if they cant pay. WRONG!

  • How do tou like your OBAMA "HOPE & CHANGE" now FOOLS! LMFAO! SUCKERS!!!

You took the OBAMA BULLSHIT, HOOK LINE & SINKER!

  • Who do you think would be a good president then?

  • You'll find out come next election! In the mean time enjoy your "HOPE & CHANGE" !

    End of communication.

  • Why end of communication? Just give a straight answer to a straight question. Find out come next election??? You have no idea what you are talking about, since you don't who to vote for. Or you are just biased to one party and just hate your enemies? Or someone you wanted as a president didn't run last time? If he/she did run, who is that person?

  • Ron Paul was the only credible candidate that ran last year!!!!!

  • wtf!!?? fuckin moron!

    Go suck Bush's dick!

    Or take Texas to Mexico

  • You took it in the ASS! Your just to stupid to admit it! ENJOY YOUR "HOPE & CHANGE" SUCKER!!! LMFAO!

  • I am greatly enjoying the CHANGE but apparently you seem HOPELESS!

    SUCK IT UP! SUCKER!

  • In your ass numbnuts! Paybacks a BITCH ain't it! Only 3 years 250 days to go! SUCKER!!! LMFAO!!!

  • I guess you somehow believe that the builders bought the land and started construction right after Obama was elected, because I do not see how he is connected. Some capitalist borrowed money then failed to recover on that investment. The lender then assumed ownership and was held responsible for the construction. The lender had three options, find another builder to sell it to, complete the construction on its own, or demolish it and sell the land.

  • Right now their nukes can't reach us but will Mr. Osama allow us to use our nuclear defense system if we are attacked? Probably not because it's "wasteful spending"

  • Your an idiot.... they don't even have a delivery system that can reach us you moron

  • That's what every person facing forcloseure should do...Tear it up! Then we'll see a change in attitude by the banks regarding forclosures...

  • A house is not a home.

  • House is one of the elements of your home.

  • this is result of city greed .. want the fees for not continue building .. if they don't assess fines.. and give some lead way for the bank.. these guys won't be doing this .. they can easily donated to charity for these nice homes..

  • i'm behind you fellas. I am. But I would like to recommend that you never say,"It's like the movie...." It costs you credibility.

    Imho

  • where are you? don't forget the who what when where why of journalism. thanks for sharing, though. fascinating.

  • Extreme makeover is a joke in some cases .Lake city Ga the home that the show built was a castle and overbuilt for the old development. but wait there is more the idiots that lived there borrowed money twice against the house now they are loosing it.I also heard the people were going to take the "show folks" to court because the new house was too much to take care of and caused them mental stress They got the new house because the septic tank system failed in the old house.

  • that show makes me sick. Way overboard and stupid.

  • Why stress live the good life ...see me inside no more stress......

  • Who would want to live there anyway??? The wind blows more than the local crack whores. Heres some shocking news, Windshields are a few hundred bucks. How bout replacing the one in that hoodride of yours...

  • i saw my boy kev breezin by in that vid yo. or maybe dat was a tumbleweed. holla.

  • A Guaranty Bank official, Real Estate Officer Dean Smith, said they were facing daily fines from the city of Victorville if they didnt do something with the homes and property that not up to code. He said it was a choice of pumping their own money into property site improvements and additional money to bring the home up to code or tear down the 16 homes.

  • Victorville- The housing collapse is taking a literal form for one bankrupt housing development.

Four model homes and 12 nearly finished spec homes at Bear Valley Road and Highway 395 are being demolished.

The developer filed bankruptcy about 18 months ago and the foreclosed property went to Guaranty Bank in Irvine.

  • the only thing i have left to say on any of ur vids, we didnt start the fire....

  • wow i know where this is too, i drive by it every weekend.

  • Ok Daniel, I love your posts but you're beating a dead horse with the demolished house videos. We understand banks are leveling some houses.

It's shocking. But what else is happening?

  • thats way the the cookie crumbles.

  • you suck balls

  • I think we're all missing the big question....

WHOSE THE GENIUS WHO DECIDED TO BUILD HOMES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT?

  • Its about half a mile from a mall and a huge community.

In fact the VictorValley is just over 400,000.

  • You still have to drive to it. I know that sounds silly, but the whole country has grown screwed up over the last 50 years, especially SoCal. Some suburbanization is good; but single family house sprawl is unsustainable and not good.

  • boxa888

    So true.

  • guitardemystified

The bankster will sell the land to huge corporations...

who will plant gmo seeds ...

and you will die long before Your expiration is due.

  • Who the F would want to live in that dust bowl anyway?

It looks to me like those were just the type of buildings no-one was ever supposed to move into anyway...Rip off pre-fabs.

Just get the Loan to build, build poorly,or do not complete the project...Its done just so the Original Loans can be made by the Banks which they then Leverage themselves before bundleing and selling on to the financials market.

Its of no consequence whether the Buildings are completed if it was just for Financials.

    MAYBE

  • hahaha MAYBE? Most DEFINITELY! Banksters have all sorts of fucking tricks. I can;t wait to nail me a bankster and rip his organs out!

  • Daniel keep up the good work....see my my shocking videos...I mean stormmmmmmmmm....

  • the banks are blood suckers.....they will kill you...mentally see how i can save you....................

  • please look this video up in the youtube search bar!

    "A H1N1 virus(swine flu) caused the 1918 pandemic,brought back in a laboratory"

THIS WAS A 2006 PBS DOCUMENTARY ON THIS CDC SCIENTIST WHICH BROUGHT BACK THE SPANISH 1918 INFLUENZA! now we have a genetically modified version of this know as H1N1 , the gov calls it swine flu, but thats not what it is! PLEASE WATCH

  • even tho this is not technically so. Cal, (to people from LA like myself), that'd be great if they did that here in LA - way too crowded. go crops! we'll need more crops before long from what i've heard.

  • i think its good now they can grow crops in those fields again

  • Banksters lending money that doesn't exist...

    and charging money for it...

to people who can't afford to borrow it.

    Therefore borrower looses their home...

and the banksters get the house...

but they REALLY WANT THE LAND.

Banksters want ALL the worlds land.

    Great scam....wasn't it?

  • I live a couple miles away and those homes have been sitting for over 1 year!

  • As an employee of Extreme Makeover Home Edition, I would appreciate you not making any reference to the show since this has nothing to do with the show whatsoever.

  • I now have the FULL story and video footage of them demolishing one of the model homes in Victorville CA.

I also have a developing story, according to the workers at the Victorville site, this isnt going to be the last time we see this. They are currently speaking to another bank who wants to demolish 20 brand new homes in Temecula CA.

Please go to this link for the inside story and video of the homes being demolished.

    watch?v=ZsgOaCZ2Lag

  • this is definitely great for gdp,$1m for construction, $2m for destruction, a net $3m in pocket.

  • Lock em up I say, they are criminals.

  • This is a sign that things can be better. Like why build garbage houses in the first place?

  • If the banks can have them, no one will

  • Incredible...

  • seems to me that destroying these homes is a criminal act against all the taxpayers that bailed all these banks out!

  • Thats a great freaking point.

  • Dude. Get a windscreen for your mike. You can fashion one out of scrap open cell foam, or even an old sock.

Also, the "code" that you mention is called a "surety bond," or insurance that the community requires builders to take out to guarantee against noncompletion of a construction project. Oftentimes, it's cheaper for the builder to demo an unfinished project and grade the lot than to let the bond default and pay increased future premiums. That appears to be what's happening here.

  • thanks, that answered a the question as to why these new homes were destroyed.

If the utilities were already in though you would think it would have been in the community interest to let the homes stand and use them in some way, sell them for a dollar to attract school teacherrs or whatever.

  • PART 3

    watch?v=B0vDkwT2VlY

  • The neighborhood looks like a dump! Who could live with a bunch of loud bulldozers in your yard!!?

  • What we have in the USA is Socialism for the wealthy and good old fashion Capitalism for the poor.

  • this is not green!!! why are they allowed to do that? they're wasting Earth's resources!!!

  • it's their property. They can do with it, whatever they want.

  • Yeah, and they are using tax payer bailout money to demo these homes.

  • lol, good point... And don't get me wrong. i think this is sick!

  • I don't understand, yes it's foreboding for the economy, but he acts as if he's pulling evidence for criminal acts. To many homes not enough people so destroy them.

  • There aren't too many homes, ignoramous. They just don't want to sell them for what ppl are willing to pay.

  • WOw who would want to live in that desolate HELL hole anyways???

  • Wide open spaces, clean air, quiet and crime free neighborhood. I'll take one!

  • I like your idea of posting videos on CNN IREPORT. Eventually your videos will be featured on CNN live. Good job Daniel!

  • Get set for another big rally on Wall Street today, maybe 4-500 up on Dow, they say Q1 shows signs of full recovery.

  • GanjaZombi1, it's called a false flag recovery because it's based in fiat currency. Not real money, but electronic transfers by the private for profit Federal Reserve banking cartel in the amount of $12 Trillion, thus far. About $10 Billion per point on the stock market. Watch this summer.

  • I know, I'm in full WTF mode everytime there is a rally. 600,000+ jobless claims a month, a housing implosion and horrid retail sales and the market rallies; unbelievable.

  • To be honest with you I seriously doubt that not being able to sell is the reason . Never heard of such a thing . Unless they had other plans for the land , maybe ? it is weird

  • are you sure that was the reason ? They can not sell them so they destroy them ? I assume maintenance and taxes on such properties would be astronomical but still very strange

  • Empty houses on land cost money to the city in lost tax revenue. The houses are no longer new after a few years, so it's better to tear 'em down and wait until there's a new market. Besides, they don't want vagrants living in them.

  • Daniel I have been subscribed to your channel for over a year but I must unsubscribe now. Thank you for all your hard work, and for all the truth you have provided.

  • bendoverbern; why do u have to unsub... Is the massod out to get u because of your name bendover bernanke?

  • i live in good ole fort myers florida which is suppose to have the highest amount of foreclosures. thats why its now called foreclosure myers.

  • If anyone thinks we are anywhere at all neat the bottom of the housing market they are sorely mistaken.

Currently there are at least 600,000 houses that have been foreclosed and have not even been lsited yet, for fear it would totally tank the market and scores more would just walk away from their homes. Shadowstats people.

  • When the house prices go back up in 6 months they will just have to build the houses again.

  • Hahaha!.

    House prices....back up....6. months....HAHAHAHA!

    Too funny ;)

  • It's all about selfishness and greed.

  • FAA Memo: Feds Knew NYC Flyover Would Cause Panic

Threatened Federal Sanctions Against NYPD, Secret Service, FBI & Mayor's Office If Secret Ever Got Out

Federal officials knew that sending two fighter jets and Air Force One to buzz ground zero and Lady Liberty might set off nightmarish fears of a 9/11 replay, but they still ordered the photo-op kept secret from the public.

Anyone have any insight into this behavior?

  • Scary.

  • "Many hundreds" of schoolchildren are sick with suspected cases of swine flu, said New York City Health Commissioner Thomas Frieden.

Also Tuesday New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said two people are hospitalized with suspected swine flu.

Across the country, the Los Angeles County coroner's office was investigating the recent deaths of two men, 33 and 45 years old, for links to swine flu.

Got that, 33 and 45 YEARS OLD. This is not your AVERAGE FLU, FOLKS. Let's see.

  • Congratulations on being picked up by Mish.

Now if you would just start reading him; there is hope for you yet!! LOL

    Again congratulations! Awesome title too!!!!!

  • never heard of him, but I will check him out.

    thx

  • I know who this guy is, he's the one on coast2coast. cool :)

  • He has a great blog, I've had it bookmarked for awhile. Keep an eye on it.

He talks about deflation... just thought you would like to hear that... lol. Great Job Daniel.

  • Thanks for posting this video, this is indeed shocking. I would consider a HOME to be an inhabited dwelling but that these were HOUSES being destroyed or house shells. Good point on 'war of the worlds' though, it seems they could sell this ghost town to a hollywood studio as a set.

  • "Extreme Home Makeover, Depression Edition" Brilliant Tag!!!

  • urban growth boundary ASAP

  • Looks like the Antelope Valley. F-ugly. No trees, no vegetation. Good riddance.

  • Vision, Mike Shedlock (MISH) featured your two last vids on his blog today.... It's viewed by thousands daily. Congrats!

    globaleconomicanalysis . blogspot . com

  • CNN I-report

    ireport. com/docs/DOC-250840

  • Submitted CNN version to Digg

its in business finance with title: Banks Destroying Brand New Model Homes

  • Also you should do a 20 min series and upload it to current tv.

  • Well maybe just compile all your clips and upload them to current tv.

This is good stuff. Keep up the good work man.

  • maybe they can bring in some ORGANIC farming...and make the land useful

  • Now if americans shared that type of insight in the first place they wouldn't be tearing down these beautifull homes and giving bail outs to Bankers now, it's all been about over consumption, shipping jobs to mexico and then china and saving little to nothing...this is the END GAME*

  • well, I don't really see the beauty in those homes....and no trees anywhere, so you know the AC would be running all the time....

  • I could care less about AC, or your opinion on the holmes beauty, my point was that land should have been FARMED in the first place instead of tearing down the homes now, it was over-looking the obvious instead of working towards the rudimentary that caused this pathetic housing bubble*

  • fair enough...

  • Wow, just wow. Why isn't this more widely known about? Don't answer that, I already know the answer.

Just insane, Daniel. Thank you so much for reporting this and getting it out there. Groundbreaking work you're doing, seriously. Keep at it!

So many firsts right now. Things we've never or only very rarely seen before. Like the banks walking away from properties - insane. And now neighborhoods abandoned and torn down. Disgusting waste of natural resources and time.

  • Your right and its not just economical either, it's hurricane katrina and massive wildfires in australia, the whole planet as we know it is coming to a breaking point. I flipped on american news the other day and saw some 3 bedroom houses in detroit selling for 50 dollars...crazy, just fucking crazy*

  • This is not the workings of inflationary economics, but the foul smell of an oligopolized market with too little competition. This is the kind of thing a dictator or king would do to make his serfs submissive. It has nothing to do with inflation. Anyone agree with me on that?

  • Excellent reporting visionvictory. Thanks.

  • You have to get news media on to this.

  • I saw this happen to a prime piece of property I see on a commute going to and from school. There was this complex (brand freaking new) that was built to house a variety of buisnesses (law firms, medical firms etc) and I guess the land lords couldn't get anyone to live in them and the taxes here in New York are crazy high, so they (the land lords) just destroyed the complex. Its pretty sad... but now I understand why its happening...

  • damn fix that crack.

  • Damn, who dropped the bomb?

    Flat AND treeless. Yuck!

  • its been cleared to build homes, everything in the area was prepped for homes.

  • Wow. I can't wait to buy my So Cal home at a discount bargain basement price. IMO, that will somewhere in 2012.

  • i have a crack in my windshield just like that

  • It is all about making a profit, so someone has to make a loss. The true nature of capitalism

A house nobody has ever lived in is NOT a home, it's a house

  • what the hell man should have just keep them houses up and given the houses to new contractor to keep building

  • UNBELIEVABLE....

AND they cut down all those TREES .... for NOTHING ! .... what could 'they' possibly have up their sleeves !?!?..... we're truly living in bizarre times..... in my city there's road construction almost EVERYWHERE....it's driving everybody crazy..... maybe it's symbolic of the mess they made with the economy, they're making a mess of our cities !

  • No trees this was all desert..

  • Unbelivable....so many homeless people in this country and they are destroying homes, that right there is whats wrong with this world

  • it is sad, destroying brand new homes.

    Damn it.

  • wow greed, if they cant get money for it no will get them. WOW doing that should be a crime. help the homeless world bankers. God will get you all in the end on Judgement day of the Lords day.

  • "Extreme Home Make Over Depression Addition"

LOL!!!!!! Vision you gotta rename these videos that is too funny!

  • it's "Edition" not "Addition"

  • this is antiamerican and anti human. How can humans act like this? Shame on government and to americans who let themselves to be destroyed so much

  • no ones on the amercians side in high places and bankers too. we lost our country. I wonder what year it was? president Kenndy time frame I bet

  • we lost when abraham lincoln took away states' rights.

  • wow; bdc03. you have been reading. good for you.

  • Comment removed

  • You are correct....

John F. Kennedy was the last TRUE

    American President.

    Very sad indeed.

I hope the banksters get what they deserve.

    What people do to others...

God does to them ( the banksters )
