I've always said, if all you have to brag about is your job, you don't have much to brag about. Dad made us learn music at a young age, and we had a family band in the 60s. I was a union drummer when I was 13 years old. I got guys on the roof, enjoy your freedom.

In my experience, anytime a chimney is needing rebuilt above the room it needs rebuilt below the roof worse. That is because the condensation begins in the attic, and the condensation is acid.

If this is good stuff here, why didn't you bring it up to where NFPA 211 says it should be--3ft higher than the highest point at which it penetrates the roof, 2ft higher than anything within 10 ft. And where is the liner?
