I have a Rocky Mountain Flow 2008 frame with black Profile racing bmx cranks with a black Imperial sprocket. Mavic EX 721 rear wheel. Gonna replace my hubs with Profile hubs. I also have a Marzocchi Z1 Drop off 2 (2004). I'm replacing the fork because it's too much travel. Want either a rigid fork or a suspension fork with less travel. Anyone have any suggestions for a nice rigid fork for dirt/street?

dude the best street mtb are ns capital with bmx rear hub spacing, dobermann molosse, usb molly, bmw acl, (all those frame si just listed have bmx rear hub spacing) and pretty much all ns frames and dobermann frames, if you want a good bike to start off get a ns holy there like 800 but there pretty good and if you have the money get a ns capital 2 or do u want to run suspension or rigids?

A lot of people riding street these days run rigid forks. Also I would suggest pumping tyres to the maximum pressure they would take, This minimises rolling resistance for more flow.

the forks well i you want something that is cheap and alright(will last you) try some launch rst, they pretty light and spring loaded, but thats if your not a hucker, more tech rider, if you want something to last on big jumps and stuff try fox or marzoogi (=s for spelling) dj2 =]

@TUnit7 i have been riding street for some time now.Tire pressure should be 40 to 60 psi. I have marzochi bomber 2 forks.But they will most likely kill your budget,they are around 200-300 dollars
