It would be better resect distal urether with bladder cuff , because there is a possibility to have an upper tract neoplasm elderly!!

@stephanecusumano In regards to your suggestions this patient is a 36 year old female who has a stricture from a previous gynecologic mishap. Why would you remove the ureter or bladder cuff?? Why do I need a weck clip??

You have to clip with heamolock the distal urether !!!!
