good job, please u need to release a video tutorial on this where you can break it all down for learners and take it a bit slower. Also if you can adjust the camera angle next time so we can have a better view of the keys you are playing.
what? this tutorial wasn't meant for africans . chords are chords in africa or america or anywhere. this videos is not for play as you go musicisnas but for gigging musicians like myself who like to shed ideas to whoever is listening. this is jazz baby!!and if you know these chords the sudden dissonance a vmaj7-5 provides is almost heavenly. get with it or get off!!!
@negusdilazi your making no sense, firstly he it says a jazz lessons , tell me where he says this is for gigging muscians. all am saying is he should try and teach things that are releated to HIGHLIFE AFRICAN MUSIC. instead of trying to show off .
@TheNotoriousSoul my brother if he wanted to show off he would not try to explain himself. I know what he is doing: he is trying to add twists to what we already know. If you really understand basic theory you would see that this is truly simple. I though he could' ve added a bit more. if you watch his vids you'll see that this is truly his style. Highlife meets jazz creatignt ones that anyone who knows both genres can truly appreciate.
if you could teach chords that they might use in juju music like sunny ade, yinka ayefele, nice major rhythms mixed with a bit of minor chords, this was tutorial has too many minor chords. i understand its not me your teaching but a lot of people play juju music like the ones they might use in churches and celebrations. it would be advisable to teach people things that most africans no about, youw ill get a lot of views
GOOD WORK, GREAT SKILLS, EXCELLENT SKILLS, ENDEARING DEXTERITY, JAW-BREAKING SPEED.....
but not the best teacher of highlife
