if you have a lot video upload youtube will allow you to go over 15 min video.. but you only have 18 videos.. i had over 100 video .. there a message say Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes. Click the Upload button below to select a video. .. so just upload a lot video!
@TH3HaroldDeafVIdeo yes I deleted most of videos...but I took video over 250 times since 2008! That s why I dont know how to upgrade which they congratulation to me???
