Because it is a book, written by men, edited by a bunch of Roman fat-cats. It has divine influences, so I read it and try to speak with God, but some of it is just man's prejudice against each other. God isn't the bible; God is God, and I don't rely on an ancient book to talk to him.

Flyleaf deserves to hear her fans speak, not the debate issues over who is right or who is wrong. Accountability in life will find us all one day, what goes around~does come around!
By the by, Flyleaf gave a very inspirational mini-talk at her concert I just went to. Very inspirational talent no matter how it's labeled by genre!
BTW: has anyone thought about that this is FLYLEAF'S channel??? Meaning, the real band in which the videos we are to be watching is seeing all the sillyness. Not that they, the band may not like many comments about some topics raised now and then... But we, the tubers need to be more respectful to the band's channel. As much as I like reading the comments now & then.... We really need to get back the great music & videos that Flyleaf has so wonderfuly made. I had only wanted to know why does it have to be so divided on sites like this. The music is what I'm really here for. I love a good exchange of thoughts on many topic.s But this is getting old & the music might be ignored by other tubers here, if all they see is Christians & non- Christians fighting. Good observation man. When Christ came He took away some of the laws taught in the Old Testament, because they were to be practiced up until His coming. Like in the Ten Commandments, we no longer follow "Thou Shalt remember the Sabbath by keeping it Holy." That doesn't mean we shouldn't go to church, but the Sabbath is different from going to church.

I've read the bible, and read many critiques about the bible. It's a horribly written book with a million contradictions within it self. Good observation man. When Christ came He took away some of the laws taught in the Old Testament, because they were to be practiced up until His coming. Like in the Ten Commandments, we no longer follow "Thou Shalt remember the Sabbath by keeping it Holy." That doesn't mean we shouldn't go to church, but the Sabbath is different from going to church.

Krad000 - is it just me? why is there so much hate against Christianity?? there are many faiths and many people don't have to believe in God. but those that don't believe seem to only put down some one who does believe in God or say God is fake, not real and the like. I don't go around putting down some one who does not believe as I do are call their lack of faith fake. I just see it as though some don't believe but it's our free will that we choose to see God or not.

When she says "im alive" And throws her arms in the air, you can almost feel the belief and faith comming through the screen. :) When i first listened to this band i wasnt really in touch with god but seeing how god has made his way to her in so many ways inspired me to belive. And lifes gotten so much better. I love lacey, she truely is an angel that had a bad past. She's amazing.

Man you people need to calm down. They, as individuals, are christian. But they aren't a christian band. Faith shouldn't affect someones job status. Just because a doctor is christian, that doesn't mean he's a christian doctor that doesn't mean he uses the "Lord's power" to help everyone.
This is music, it's art; it can be viewed in different perspectives. But i'm sure we can all agree that Flyleaf is amazing, regardless of their faith.
