I couldnt figure it all out until about a minute through, when he gave it a big yank, and I saw it was a nice foot long bass.Tthats a big turtle. lol

That sucks! But at least you got a neat video and a funny story. Those things scare the life out of me. I've gone skydiving, SCUBA'd with sharks, and run river rapids, but man put one of those things within 10 feet of me and I'm off.

Hahaha that exact same thing happened to me this weekend at my cabin, except the turtle was about 10x bigger

hey what lake was that on because I just got back from a bwca trip and I had two bass strung in the water and a huge snapping turtle came to eat them but my uncle picked it up and placed him farther away

I forget what lake we were on when this happened. After being up there for a week, I discovered that this is not uncommon on all the lakes.
