The mosaic law (written by Moses as God instructed) was rules and regulations, that was done away with but the 4th commandment (keeping the Sabbath day holy) along with the other 9 commandments (written with the finger of God in stone is eternal) may the Spirit of Truth do it's job...

When it comes to gathering together to worship in truth there has never been stipulation of when a men and women cannot gather to hear the word of god and sing psalms. Yet, majority of the old testament gathered on the day of rest (saturday/sabbath) and many times upon the first day of the week sunday.
The seven day adventist and the other denominations are in error when they try to make a command of only one day that beleivers can gather and fellowship.
Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath (rest). When the old covenant believers rested from the works or labors of their hand. The new testament believers must work from the works of their flesh or evil deeds. Resting in the complete work of Jesus is the true sabbath that the old covenant pointed to all along. Hebrews chapter 2-4 goes into great detail about the spiritual sabbath of the new convenant church (Jew & Gentile).
"Remember the Sabbath Day and keep it holy". Holy means pure and single and the sabbath means to rest, it does not mean to "worship". God commanded the people of Israel to rest from the works of there hand and keep one day singled out and pure from laboring. Yet, many of the Jews still did not always keep that faithfully. Now, when Jesus was manifested in the flesh and keep the whole law fully, die for the sins of His Wife, and ressurected from the grave, our sabbath or rest is in Him.

@Thebibleconsultant The custom of the Son of God is the doing the very image & not rudiments or customs or rituals that were impossible to keep w/o any blemishes. Jesus was born of a woman, born under the law. By doing so He could then keep them all perfectly (which know human could do) & then blot them out (nail them to the cross (Colossians 2:12-17). Jesus was the end of the law unto righteous. The word end means completion not Annihilation. The law pointed & led to Jesus (Joshua/Yeshua).

Since we can't be perfect as Yahshua we must practice righteousness as outlined in I Jn 2:29 via the New King James version. You are correct the Law is a school master, Gal.3:23-25. Every sinful soul must take heed to it's outline to be lead to Yahshua, without it our words wouldn't convert the sinner. Remember our sinful behavior is what's nailed to the cross after we repent.

Mt. 19:24-26 is "NOT" talking about since all things are possible with the Almighty God we as beleivers can walk wihout flaw and never break God's commands! The Sabath had so many rituals that were conatined within it that it was no easy thing! Today so-called Sabath day keepers are no where near the sabath that God called the Isrealites to keep! If your going to keep the sabaths you better keep all 64 + as God commanded. You also better keep circumsion, passover & pentecost. All Ritual Feast!

First of all Acts 15 is dealing with circumcision and of course men (Jews) are requesting that the gentiles do so in order to be saved. There are no such thing as sabbath day keepers. There are children of Yahweh who prefer to do what the scriptures instruct without the traditions and additons of men (like your rule of 64). Please read Exodus 20:1-17 for the 10 commandments & Leviticus 23 for the Feast of the Most High.

Col.2 is revealing that the requirements that were against us were taken out of the way not the everlasting words of Yahweh. Update -Galatians 2:17-18=informs us that after one repents if they go back to their old sinful ways they are a transgressor. What does this mean? The law is still in valid. Why? Sin is the transgression of the law, I John 3:4. Romans 3:25 = informs us that we declare his righteousness @ repentance and our past sins are taken away. There were a total of about 613 laws that was given to literal Isreal to live by. Nevertheless, When God gave Moses the Commandments (10) upon the tablets of stone they were all a shadow of the very image (spiritual) that has always been spiritual. Paul said in Romans 7: 14, " For we know that the law is spiritual". The law is written upon the fleshly tables of the heart 2 Cor. 3:3; under the Old T the law was still written in hearts of the righteous saints even while they were on tablets.

The proper understanding of Jn.14:9 is a like father like son analogy to enlighten the reader that Yahshua is the splitting image of the Father. When Yahshua died, resurrected and went to heaven he was told by the Father to sit at my right hand Psalm 110:1. Yahshua was then referred to as God - Psalm 45:6-7. Jennings is dead wrong. What he fails to understand is, there were two Laws one was the Book of law which was written by the hand of moses, the other was the Ten commandments which was written by the finger of God.
Now the Book of Law was ceremonial which Jesus fulfilled, then it was blotted out.
The moral Law which is the Ten commandments still stands.
Question, if the Sabbath is a moral law, then why was it allowed to be broken for the sake of a ceremonial law such as circumcision ?? Jesus said it is lawful to do good on the sabbath, what is your definition of doing good on that day, what if doing good on the sabbath involved some type of labor or work ?
Before we proceed with our discussion please tell me who circumcised who on the sabbath ? give me chapter and verse. Based on, 1Cr 7:19 Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God.

The Law is holy and good; the Law is pure converting the soul. The Covenant and the keeping of The Law has not been kept by no man but The Christ, Jesus, The Son of Man. He is our Example.

When it comes to gathering together to worship in truth there has never been stipulation of when a men and women cannot gather to hear the word of god and sing psalms. Yet, majority of the old testament gathered on the day of rest (saturday/sabbath) and many times upon the first day of the week sunday.
The seven day adventist and the other denominations are in error when they try to make a command of only one day that beleivers can gather and fellowship.

Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath (rest). When the old covenant believers rested from the works or labors of their hand. The new testament believers must work from the works of their flesh or evil deeds. Resting in the complete work of Jesus is the true sabbath that the old covenant pointed to all along. Hebrews chapter 2-4 goes into great detail about the spiritual sabbath of the new convenant church (Jew & Gentile).

"Remember the Sabbath Day and keep it holy". Holy means pure and single and the sabbath means to rest, it does not mean to "worship". God commanded the people of Israel to rest from the works of there hand and keep one day singled out and pure from laboring. Yet, many of the Jews still did not always keep that faithfully. Now, when Jesus was manifested in the flesh and keep the whole law fully, die for the sins of His Wife, and ressurected from the grave, our sabbath or rest is in Him.

Jesus was born of a woman, born under the law. By doing so He could then keep them all perfectly (which know human could do) & then blot them out (nail them to the cross (Colossians 2:12-17). Jesus was the end of the law unto righteous. The word end means completion not Annihilation. The law pointed & led to Jesus (Joshua/Yeshua).

Since we can't be perfect as Yahshua we must practice righteousness as outlined in I Jn 2:29 via the New King James version. You are correct the Law is a school master, Gal.3:23-25. Every sinful soul must take heed to it's outline to be lead to Yahshua, without it our words wouldn't convert the sinner. Remember our sinful behavior is what's nailed to the cross after we repent.

First of all Acts 15 is dealing with circumcision and of course men (Jews) are requesting that the gentiles do so in order to be saved. There are no such thing as sabbath day keepers. There are children of Yahweh who prefer to do what the scriptures instruct without the traditions and additons of men (like your rule of 64). Please read Exodus 20:1-17 for the 10 commandments & Leviticus 23 for the Feast of the Most High.

In Matthew 11:28-30, Yahshua states that HE WILL GIVE US REST (he isn't suggesting that he's the Sabbath) Isaiah 66:23 proves that the Sabbath is a literal day & not the son of the Most High. The rest that is being referred to here is rescue from the unnecessary burdens placed on people by mankind who continues to be deceived by Satan. Proverbs 3:1-4 & I John 5:3 tells us that we could have long life & peace by keeping God's commands which are easy.

Let's stop playing -Acts 13:42-44 shows that the Jews worshipped on the Sabbath Day & when the gentiles inquired they knew to comeback on the next Sabbath not the 1st day of the week (Sunday). Yes Sabbath = Rest but Luke 23:56 & 24:1 informs us that they rested on the Sabbath and came to the tomb on Sunday. Got a Calender?

The were a total of 64 or more SABATHS THAT THE Jews had within a Jewish calendar year. "EVERY one of the SABATHS WERE considered a command from GOD. The weekly SABATH and all the other SABATHS had rituals attached to them and everything that had ritual attached was blotted out at the cross (Colossians 2).

Col.2 is revealing that the requirements that were against us were taken out of the way not the everlasting words of Yahweh. Update -Galatians 2:17-18=informs us that after one repents if they go back to their old sinful ways they are a transgressor. What does this mean? The law is still in valid. Why? Sin is the transgression of the law, I John 3:4. Romans 3:25 = informs us that we declare his righteousness @ repentance and our past sins are taken away. There were a total of about 613 laws that was given to literal Isreal to live by. Nevertheless, When God gave Moses the Commandments (10) upon the tablets of stone they were all a shadow of the very image (spiritual) that has always been spiritual. Paul said in Romans 7: 14, " For we know that the law is spiritual". The law is written upon the fleshly tables of the heart 2 Cor. 3:3; under the Old T the law was still written in hearts of the righteous saints even while they were on tablets.

Jennings is dead wrong. What he fails to understand is, there were two Laws one was the Book of law which was written by the hand of moses, the other was the Ten commandments which was written by the finger of God.
Now the Book of Law was ceremonial which Jesus fulfilled, then it was blotted out.

No one (except for Jesus) has ever succeeded in keeping the law (Acts 15:10)!
he law was delivered to Israel - One nation of people (Exodus 20:1-2; Deuteronomy 4:1-2).
It is One Law containing the whole package of rituals and sacrifices as well as the Ten Commandments (Galatians 3:10-11; Galatians 5:3).
The law CANNOT bring salvation (Romans 3:20; Galatians 2:8-10, 16; Galatians 3:1-5).

@opengates777 YES good you finally got it Jesus WAS the Fulfillment of the Law. However we ALL break the law at some point. if you are trying to Keep the Law (I.E. The Law of Moses, or any of the other laws) yet don't keep it at one point your breaking the law. and by the way your Law Keeping will NEVER Save you . you need to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your ONLY means of salvation . NO Person will EVER get through the Gates of Heaven being a Law keeper because we've all broken God's law!

@opengates777 did you read the Scriptures from Romans and Galatians that I posted? Galatians 5:18 .....'But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.'
Romans 7:6 .....'But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.'

@opengates777 and another point why is it that your only looking at the OLD Testament/ Old Covenant?? why not look at the NEW Testament/Covenant see what Jesus has to say about the Pharisees/ones who tried to keep the Law externally...in fact he called them Broods of Vipers, Sons of the Devil, and other names...

Most of the disciples was killed off because they went against the Law of moses which was written in a book. It had nothing to do with the ten commandments.

@opengates777 First of all Opengates777, I believe each Christian has their own personal convictions from teh Holy Spirit. For example to some believers I think it is ok to drink alcoholic beverages, while some it is not, because of their own personal conviction,
and second of all you do not know me personally just because I post videos or play video games perhaps it is a personal conviction I have? I do not play games often either

Notice how jennings is saying he is not under the book of Law ? Col 2:14. Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it [ BOOK OF LAW ] out of the way, nailing it to his cross. It had nothing to do with the Ten commandments. Jesus fulfilled the book of moses.

@opengates777 Jesus is Greater than the Law. if you are trying to Live under the Mosiac Law you will not be saved period because you have broken all of those laws. Since you love to brind up Bears.
