@louisj34 I had a Traxxas Stampede back in the day and it was a fun little truck. My friend has the 4wd Slash that he likes and it has held up well for him. I am more into the 5th scales now but I am sure you will enjoy your Traxxas when you get it.....so, which one are you looking at getting?
@palm47 Im looking at getting somthing like the Traxxas Revo, i want a strong one like the slash, i has a buggy about 3 years ago but it broke so many times by driving into many lamp posts in the street so i sold it and now i like rc car racing again.
@zip187 I think you are referring to the ringing noise...if so it is coming from the metal spur and pinion gears, it is normal and does not affect the buggy at all. I would rather have a little ringing noise than stripped gears.
No, i`ts just because my car seems to be as strong as urs but i cant do such fast donuts as ur doing. so i thaught that u have a locked diff, because my friend got a car like urs and i told him to lock his mid-diff (so i took it apart and welded these gears in it together). he just has the original motor without any mods on it and he cant do donuts !!! anyway i will get the cpi big bore pipe and gonna lock my mid-diff (welding^^) i hope it will be even better than an open diff and tuned pipe !!!
Hey palm do you know when the new xt-5 will be out or is it still being tested for any defects. It looks fathering awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD
The XT-5 is still in the prototype stage, they should be getting to the testing stage soon. I have to agree with you it does look pretty cool, cant wait to test one.
It performed better than I expected and definitely better than a stock can, it will produce good power and for a lot of people it will be enough. However, there are other tuned exhaust pipes that will produce more power. You can check out my other video where I mounted a modified CPI pipe to the TBII and you will see the difference.
That is a hard question as they are both great cars. It really all comes down to preference and I personally prefer 4wd so in that respect I would go with the TB II. Now with that being said for really hard core jumping and bashing the 5T is hard to beat.
Is it next to a motocross track because i do motocross and i hear a 450 going round!

@louisj34 Yep, the RC track is located in Milestone MX Park.

How to you think Nutechs tuned exhaust performs compared to other tuned pipes?

Based on what the TB2 pro will have on it, hands down, the TB2 pro will be way better than the 5B.
Much more parts, including the suspension, c-hubs, braces, etc, are all alum alloy.
