i hate him. he basically has all the moves superman does but when you go into rage mode regulars cant hurt you. like sub zero and all them. but he can and it takes away the purpose of rage kinda.but this is a good gameplay.

Exactly. Pounding a foe in the ground Sheeva uses that for one of her fatality's though for I think it's the full body in the ground with only the head not being pounded.

I'm curious, why don't you seem to ever use pro moves? And I don't mean anything too risky but stuff that's pretty much guaranteed extra damage (save being breaker'd out of it), like Inhale Capture into Soaring Knockout or the extra bodyslam on Captain Marvel's Mercury Bear Hug. It just seems like a no-brainer to me to milk them for all they're worth, especially on Very Hard where every hit counts.

The answer is very simple. Damage count. If you look at the damage most pro moves do it aint even that good unless you link into stds aswell. I use them more now but I balance and take the most damaging combos, be they pro or otherwise..Do what works...

Yeah, I suppose not. After poking around a bit in practice mode it seems that some of them are pretty functional and others are more flashy/situational. The best look like ones that chain full physical attacks (i.e. the Ground Pound x2) or add a guaranteed projectile in somewhere (like an aerial Heat Vision juggle after the Inhale Capture strike, or extending regular Heat Vision to four hits).

People dont get it...Ima say it one more time. The AI on very hard is cheap. You cannot fake it then go into standard combo 90% of the time. DO people understand that? So specials, and occasional standard combos do work. Nuff said
