Glad I got the sgs2,I didn't know about the locked bootloader until around a week before I set my mind on buying one of the two. Gpu accelerated also compared to the sensation,glad I got the sgs2 but I really wanted this sensation,but what do you do when its a worse performer with a 100euro higher price tag? Locked boot bootloader,worse specs etc,sorry HTC I really wanted this phone but in the end you let me down

@TrueDesireHD Worse Specs, the only thing the Samsung has better is the amount of RAM, and to be honest, nobody needs 1GB of RAM. GPU acceleration is on it's way in the next update, so yes, atm the GS2 is better. And 100euro? you kidding? more something like 30-50. Locked bootloader is getting unlocked. and maybe the GS2 gets higher benchmarks, but that's to be expected because the Sensation has a lot more pixels. Maybe the GS2 fits you better, but a plastic body on a 500+ euro phone???

its a better architecture of the CPU cores on the SGS2,also using dual channel RAM, DDR3 memories etc.

its 100euro more expensive in my country than SGS2, i dont know about others.

I however agree, the phone is TOO light, they should tossed in 20more grams and i guess it wouldnt be as cheap feel of it :)

@TrueDesireHD eigenlijk een soort van 29,- prijsverschil in NL maarja... btw waar haal je vandaan dat de GS2 dualchannel DDR3 gebruikt? en betere CPU Architectuur, miss de Tegra 2 ja, maar de NL versie heeft een andere CPU van Samsung zelf en die heeft volgensmij echt geen betere architectuur. Is trouwens iets wat ook vrij lastig te meten is.

@TrueDesireHD I've been looking alot to see which dual core is the better one to go for. It seems that the SII outdoes the competition in every respect. The Sensation seems to be getting good reviews for speed on a day to day basis, however, when benchmarked it fails epically.

I love HTC and Sense but i think the G S II is the better of the two.

2. the sgs2 has an INTERNAL memory of 16gb or you can have the 32gb and add a 16/32gb micro sd card sensation has 4gb but cause of the sense rom size.. ur left with 1gb...

3. The sgs2 has a 1gb RAM and the sensation has 768mb.

4. The sgs2 has a better and bigger battery then the sensation 5. The super amoled plus screen has 50more sub pixel and is lasts longer due to amoled
