I got one of these and I love it. It is hard as hell to fly with the vectoring on though, best turn it off when you get low altitude. I love how it can stop in place and do tumbles, only thrust vectoring can do that stuff!!

got my F-16 put together, again with no help from the instruction. They suck. on first attempt to fly the ducted fan sucked in small small sand or gravel from the surface as the landing gear doors are wide open. ordered a new fan blade for $8 and $11 shipping..OUCH! contacted them about shipping price and got a genaric e-mail back from them. the whole plane was only $16 to ship. What gives Pete? $11 to ship a lightweight fan blade? come on

Hi everyone, Plz help, just got this Aircraft as a PNP version, installed my Rxand connected all the servo's and the ESCin the throttle Ch and UBEC in the Batt Ch. all servos work apart from the motor, all it does when I put my Lipo on is 2 beeps with a long pause the 1 more beep, thats it. it dont even turn, any ideas?

Stock servo's all round (Already fitted)

45A ESC with 5A UBEC (Already fitted)

4100kv Brushless motor (Already fitted and connected to ESC)

Great plane.. received it.. better do your own balancing on the fan first just to be sure.

and also you have to be very accurate trimming your moving surfaces

CG is manual spot on.. not a mm forward..

where is the CG. I have crashed the plane several times because I cant get it right. Also did you have problems getting it to do a smooth loop. It was flying heavy and wanted to stall in a loop rather than make a nice circle. The CG is currently sitting far forward. Do you have any recommendations on a replacement fan and motor (my fan exploded on one of the hard landings)?

@CavHaupt cg is right where the book says.. 85mm from leading edge of wing.. but it's better to have it at 88mm

also its good to have the nozzle to point a bit up.. that's all and it flies just fine

Beautiful Starmax F-16, but like all starmax edf's the stock electronics are bad and I dont believe thats the stock motor at all. Sounds and flys like a hot 4800kv motor. Im going to be doing a build and vid on this one soon and mine wont be the stock setup or from BH.

They have nice vids, but i dont trust em anymore. Bought a EF-2000 Eurofighter, and it took them a month to get it to me. And i spent hours trying to contact them. I finally got it after contacting the BBB (Re: Complaint #98415445 - Banana Hobby) They promised me an upgraded version of the eurofighter. I received the plane but the radio i got with it i think was made in China. The thing has a mind of its on=plane crash. Which i will be posting up a video asking for suggestions on fixing it.
