@MisteriosM He's in Solitude, but in order to actually meet him, you have to seek someone out. Dunno the name, but he'll ask you to find his 'master' in a wing of the Blue Palace, Solitude's keep. He'll be the start of the quest, that way you can enjoy the humor that is the daedric god of madness.

i like to think that my character in Oblivion did remain as the Daedric Prince of Madness replacing the original...kinda cool to think about...turning into an immortal Daedra...ofcourse assuming tht the Greymarch cycle is indeed ended and tht neither the original Sheogorath nor Jyggalag are still alive...tht wud be hard to fit in with the SI story though since the original Sheogorath did actually want to end the Greymarch cycles...
@zanazaar Well daedra don't die either, so Jyggalag more or less vanish to an oblivion realm of order, which might have cobwebs over the years of being in the greymarch cycle. though how the oblivion character gone mad... I can see the horrible lost of mysticism for enchanting, how Enchanting can be done through magical spells, all the stupid stuff that happen leading to perks and boring local gossip and whining the other daedra did from having taken all their daedric items.
@creatorofGandP When you do the quest "shivering Ilses" Sheogorath tell you when you take his place, that you will grow into the role. So, you really do become him, totally. It's fantastic.

Jyggalag assumed a different appearance everytime he became Sheogorath, so the same should easily apply for the Grand Champion.

I make different characters for nearly all of the different side stories, such as a different imperial for the fighters guild, a high elf for the mages guild, dark elf for the shivering isles, etc. because the idea of a hero that saves the world also becoming a murderer a theif and a deadric prince makes no fucking sense. So fuck the whole champion of cyrodiil also being sheogorath. Thats fucked

Okeday, here we go. Sheogorath = You (in Oblivion). He stated being there for the entirety of the whole Oblivion Crisis, hints that he knew Martin Septim, spoke of Butterflies (Beginning of Sheo's DLC) a fox (Gray Fox) and a severed head (Assasins Guild Quest-line). That and a reference to cheese, which is either part of his Shrine quest or his DLC. And rarely, he is quoted saying "Sheogorath, a title descended from me to me". Sheogorath is the Hero Of Cyrodill.

So this is why he talks about the butterflies at the beginning of Shivering Isles, The Fox from the Thieves Guild, The Severed Head from the Dark Brotherhood Questline and the cheese from the other Sheogorath. Also, he said he was present for the entirety of the Oblivion Crisis. All of this labels him as the Champion of Cyrodiil.

The other Deadric Princes punished Jyggalag with madness, something he hated, because they were afraid of his power but they let him change back every era. Sheogorath is your Oblivion character in Skyrim (see Shivering Isles...in Skyrim he refers to seeing the Grey Fox and seeing the head of Mathieu Bellamont, who are both people your character in Oblivion encounter). to the people saying "b-b-but my Oblivion character wasn't human/male/insertappearancedifferencehere,"...IT DOESN'T MATTER. Jyggalag assumed a different appearance everytime he became Sheogorath, so the same should easily apply for the Grand Champion.

I make different characters for nearly all of the different side stories, such as a different imperial for the fighters guild, a high elf for the mages guild, dark elf for the shivering isles, etc. because the idea of a hero that saves the world also becoming a murderer a theif and a deadric prince makes no fucking sense. So fuck the whole champion of cyrodiil also being sheogorath. Thats fucked

Okeday, here we go. Sheogorath = You (in Oblivion). He stated being there for the entirety of the whole Oblivion Crisis, hints that he knew Martin Septim, spoke of Butterflies (Beginning of Sheo's DLC) a fox (Gray Fox) and a severed head (Assasins Guild Quest-line). That and a reference to cheese, which is either part of his Shrine quest or his DLC. And rarely, he is quoted saying "Sheogorath, a title descended from me to me". Sheogorath is the Hero Of Cyrodill.

@AngryAdobo This Sheogorath is the guy you play as in Oblivion because if u bought the Shivering Isles DLC then u do the quests to become Madgod Lord Sheogorath. So this is why he talks about the butterflies at the beginning of Shivering Isles, The Fox from the Thieves Guild, The Severed Head from the Dark Brotherhood Questline and the cheese from the other Sheogorath. Also, he said he was present for the entirety of the Oblivion Crisis. All of this labels him as the Champion of Cyrodiil.

The other Deadric Princes punished Jyggalag with madness, something he hated, because they were afraid of his power but they let him change back every era. This time around he didn't want to become a madman again so he left that title to you. :X
