Just got around to seeing this movie on kookicá. Looked at the time when I had the plot figured out. 49 minutes. It runs 130. So I sat there for 80 minutes to see an ending that I knew. Yay. Anyways, good movie!

Inconsistent film that was filmed on a very low budget, some parts are pretty brilliant considering it was low budget. The plot could have gone farther with the interesting political dynamics of former communists who had been locked up like Mandela failing to adapt to the free market and peace time. Some parts reminded me more of Nigerian films, somehow the acting style was similar, I would guess the star had no formal training... it tended to drag about 3/4 of the way in, if the plot line was
