  • hey tanit!

thank you so much for these great tutorials. in the last 3 weeks I've been trying to get to know the falcon universe. when I was age 12 I played IAF. it was great - but this - is a totally different matter. : ) I don't see it as gaming - it's the joy of learning.

I like the crickets in the background - sounds like a nice neighbourhood...

    thanks!

  • Great video, i've been watching your tutorials and they are pretty good, helping me a lot, Thanks.

Anyway, 2 questions, is the AGM-88 a fire and forget missiles?? it looks like it is, but in your first launch you keep heading en the direction of the SAM, so i thought maybe not a fire and forget, maybe you have to keep it in the HADs 'bubble'.

Other question, do you have o have you think of doing a SAM evasion tutorial or something like that, just in case i'm not carrying enough HARMs XD!!

  • @amos2006 1. Yes it is a fire and forget missile and 2. I am doing a "going defensive" video soon which will cover all sorts of evasion and defense

  • Good video thx

  • @tanit Again thanks for your time to create these tutorials. I think it helps the Falcon BMS community grow.

  • Hey where can i download this simulator please help if you can iv been watching your tutorials and finding them very interesting and awesome

  • @Gray606Fox You need Falcon 4.0 - and then you need to download BMS. It is a mod for Falcon 4.0 called BMS.

  • @tanit Ah okay thank you so much for replying and also amazing videos and tutorials even tho i don't have the game I'm still learning alot : )

  • Thanks for the tutorials. I'm finding them extremely helpful.

  • Amazing tutorials, man! It's helping me to dramatically shallow my learning curve on this sim, being new to it and all (never flew falcon before, only dcs/lock on series)..

But, u gotta admit, that SA-4 killed you, didn't it! hahaha

Keep up the good work, man!

  • @carterazozo Nope, I just cut out the unnecessary parts - each second is about 50 megabytes of uncompressed video. The final videos are 2-3 gigs.

  • I think next time u have to close your window man xD the may bug makes me creazy ! enyway great job in tutorials man! helps a lot

  • @b3rno ?

  • Hello,

But when i press the Missile Fire Button, the harm don't want start. What is the Problem?

  • @Traceless0815 Make sure you on he SMS page you powered on the HARMs. Also make sure you hold down the pickle button for about 2 seconds, otherwise it wont fire.

  • @tanit

O yes press the button 2 seconds. Thanks :D i love your Tutorials.

  • I noticed that you are not running BMS 4.32 because the button labels are different.

  • why don't you simply us HAD mode, slew cursor to target on the HAD, TMS up, wait for target in range then fire. Done ! :D !

  • Great tutorial... thank you for your hard work.

  • 33:45 u were in POS trying to target the SA4, but forgot to press the "4" on the left side of RMFD. Hence no firing solution ;)

  • @aelfewulf I switch it to 4 at the last second if you watch carefully.

  • @tanit I was waiting for you to launch without switching to "4", but you remembered it...

  • Thank you!!! I really appreciate this.

  • Thumbs up if you hear the grasshopper in the background. :)

  • You use FRAPS to record in the menu? I'll tryed in FF5.55 but not works :/

    Thanks,

  • What is DMS down?

  • @wolfstriked It is a button you must bind. I'm not sure what the default binding is - but go to your controls and look under HOTAS controls on the far right column. DMS Down does a variety of things, but the most common function is to switch sensor of interest. What SOI is is explained in this video.

  • @tanit TY Tanit.

  • @wolfstriked the default keystroke shift+num 2
