Hey There! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
How long did it take you to lose weight, I'm 5'9' and 240, i had my last child nov 2010, he was number 6. and i reached 305. i would love to loose 40+. Congrats, and this is amazing how you are on track like this
HEY EVERYBODY IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT the anwser is simple... if you decrease your daily intake and increase your activity the weight will slowly disappear... you dont need diets they never work... trust me
i have been on a heath food kick and been trying to use alot of ideas i found online to make eating better a little easier. i found alot of easy stuff at lowfatnofat.info just to throw that out there. spead the word and eat better!
yup.. inspiration--- she's like me--- just one kid less--- full time student, work 7 days/wk, and single mom... I have no excuses to get back to my beautiful healthy self again...
i go to the gym and im just asking, what do you do for your exercise to anyone obeese out there or anyone just exercising please tell me i want some tips :)
I do tredmil and stairmill and situps at the gym im 175 right now
@LUCKYJ3SS3 The #1 way to burn calories they say is to run! Second is biking, treadmill, and swimming! All are great options, and even walking is good too!
@LUCKYJ3SS3 I was in your situation to i was 360 pounds and now i am at 275 and it has only been 6 months. What i do is the oliptical (stairs) for a warm up on a high resistance and then go do full body high intensity workouts. High intensity workouts are really good for you. they really bring your blood pressure up. it may be hard at first but you got to stay with it. the hardest thing you got to conquer is your mind. you cant think oh man im tired i got to stop. thats what i used to do.
@LUCKYJ3SS3 high intensity workouts are good. they bring your blood up alot. what i do first is warm up on the stairs for about 1o minutes on a high resistance then do high intensity workouts. but also drink alot of water! cut out the soda and juices and tea and all that water and milk are the best things for you. I know because i am really obeese. i used to be 360 pounds and i habe lost 86 pounds in six months. now i am at 274 so take my advice. look online for high intensity workouts.
@LUCKYJ3SS3 Don't forgot to lift some type of weights though even if there small you want to tone as you lose so you don't have flabby skin You don't need to bulk up with musle just enough to tone the skin.
@LUCKYJ3SS3 Zumba!!! Bigger girls no how to shake it. i lost thirty pounds just adding zumba into my routine. i never ate out but i cooked whatever i wanted and ate within moderation. i still have 100 pounds to go. i was 256! now im 224.
@LUCKYJ3SS3 Check out my site Moms7minuteWorkout dot.. I lost 50 pounds as a beta tester and it's now available to the public...(click on one of the blinking image banners when you get there, to see the main site). Best program I've ever seen by far..7 minutes working out every other day, with just a couple diet principles. Happy to answer any questions if you'd like to check it out. leave a comment there and I'll find it! bless You
@mendozabeauty i'm on my 3rd round of insanity... lost 20lbs the first time, gained it all back when i stopped working out.. 2nd time, went from 220 to 190. size 22 to 16.. it's tough when just starting, it just gets better.
the most important thing is to not rely on the numbers on the scale.. it's discouraging. however one cant forget that muscle is denser than fat. i still weigh the same but i've gone down another dress size since starting the 3rd round.. toning with more lean muscle..
Now if Sabrina can lose weight that with all that is going on in here life. Anyone can! She didn't need to go to the gym...you can workout right in your living room using your baby as weights.
@abexercisesthatwork That's right! Sabrina shows us all that there are a variety of ways to exercise, you don't necessarily need a gym membership in order to work out! Keep working out everyone and enjoying those endorphins! :)
i feel too young to be watching these vids, but im 12 and weigh 92lbs and im aiming towards 85lbs. i have lost 10lbs already. thank you so much for the inspiration
@Ally8pie This video is an inspirational piece and I'm glad you like it and it offers you motivation! I'm a college student and am constantly faced with pressures to maintain a specific weight to "fit in" so I understand the desire to want to hit a certain weight. Just remember though weight is simply a number, be more focused on your look and being confident with the wonderful shape I'm sure you have! :)
@MATT111MARTIN Find your motivation no matter what it is and remember the times when you want to eat that piece of cake or binge is when you need to channel your resolve the most...good luck my friend
@risalation Sometimes writing down your goals and putting them up in a visible place can help you constantly be reminded of what you want to accomplish! I used to do that with my goals I had as a runner, and it's a great way to foster motivation!
aww..inshallah you will. You just have to try and get that little bit of exercise done or substitute that chocolate for an apple. Every little helps lol
