ok this is truly fantastic. I never realized Tandoori roti could be made without an actual tandoor. From being used to eating tandoori roti every day to not finding it fresh in Canada- Now I know how to make my own.
Could you also post recipes for Roghni Nan and Taftan?

NAMASTE ! Hello Manjula,hi guys !.. Every time I want to see this video--an error comes out, saying TRY LATER !...LOL Does anybody have the same problem?
Hi Manjula - I love your videos. I live in Scotland and love Indian and Pakistani cooking and food. We are very lucky as Glasgow has the most fantastic restaurants.
Manjula, you are a very good teacher. Each recipe is a well organized lesson! It sounds like you've thought carefully about how to teach without too many extra words or distractions.
Do you use a script or outline to make each video? What is the editing process like? How long does it take to make a single video?
I love the recipe you shared here. We will probably have roti tonight using your recipe!
Manjula aunty, i tried the cabbage kofta gravy you posted last with the Muthia you taught us. it turned out fantastic!! and with such little oil! i will make the tandoori rotis with that gravy next time. you are a wonderful teacher. your recipes are simple and results are so tasty. you have made a pukka non-vegetarian like me interested in veg food. thankyou!!
yummmm, I'm getting hungry for Indian food. Thank you for your informative videos. I really enjoy them. I wish you lived near me and I could take cooking classes with you:)
This is a lot like the Naan Video. Thank you for showing the distinction between the two breads.
I love all of that bread: roti, naan, puri, the different parathas, and dosas. I love Indian food. Madrasi, Punjabi, Ghujerati, and all the street style food.
You are a wonderful teacher. You remind me of the lady in Atlanta that taught me, but she did not speak English.
