at my old hardware store job, there was an Otis hydraulic fright elevator probably installed in the early 30's. Had three landings, an 8 inch piston, large water

hydro tank, 5HP 3 Phase motor. Sometimes the water level dropped a bit

pump did not prime. Fill her up! A nearby SH Kress had a fright elevator

(as seen video) but smaller 2:1 overhead traction.

Somebody else filmed this elevator. Oh and BTW, here is some "constructive criticism" in a good way for you: You should practice opening those doors with one hand keeping your other hand steady so your camera is not all over the place.

On the other hand, did you try the UP/DOWN manual buttons?
