  • JHashey is the man! Do they teach you that t C.S.C.S. school!?

  • i am from bg

  • Or you can carry yoda on your back and learn to become a Jedi...

  • Hey.

Just build a Bulgarian bag using your method. Build a 10 kg bag for warm up and a bag on 20 kg. Going to start this week :)

  • Just made one of these myself. Had not heard of these training devices till yesterday on a forum... Sounded like good, non-impactive workout for my wonky old shoulders.

Spent about 12 bucks on mine; used tube from a used-tire joint, rubber mulch, and I had zip ties and duct tape on hand....

The only downside is my labrador retriever thinks it's a toy!

  • Thanks love the videos. Made mine today. Always go all out made with sand great workout!

  • what happen to the balls you had in the first video, you said it was for the advance bag.

  • @JASONVEVA we used them for grips instead of the plastic handles on a bag to increase difficulty. Sorry I didn't video it!

  • I just made mine 30 minutes ago..im lovin it! Already gassed myself out! I had about 50 40lb bags of wood pellets for heating half the house. had everything except the tube. it came out to about 30lbs.Awesome video thanks!

  • @2bowlsloaded420 great thanks for the feedback!

  • Thanks mate..think I will use black duct tape and black zips tho.

    Tire Power!!

  • I made mine with gravel witch became 16.1kg (around 35.5lb) wich is perfect for me. It hold very well as far as my experience with it (have had it for 1 month now). Made my handle longer though with two zip ties closer to the gravel and one in the middle and secured everything with ducktape

  • @TaeIeon sounds awesome!

  • i have a kinda large beach floaty tube ima make one out of that and tell yall how it goes > Thanx for the vid . !

  • which one is better to start out with sand or wood

  • I would always go with wood. The one we filled with sand leaks everywhere. The wood pellets or rubber mulch are much cleaner.

  • @jhashey

    sweet!

thanks for the info-- i will be making this bad boy up asap-- imagine Bulgarian bags for $10 bucks a pop and a couple of hours of time

any thought to mixing styrofoam pellets with heavier items to maintain uniform size instead of changing tire size?

ever since converting to pro-style KBs i'm all about uniform sizing-- once the movement pattern is ingrained there is no need to relearn.!

  • Very nice bro... gonna make one of these today!

  • awesome ideas thanks Joe !!

  • thanks for the tip

  • these ideas are fantastic..really!

how many lbs is this bulgarian bag?

  • This is a small one. Since it has wood pellets it is about 30 lbs. If it were filled with sand it would be around 40.

Since this one, we have made two larger ones around 55 and 65 (got larger innertubes free from a local truck and tractor place!) Thanks for the comment!

    Joe

  • Awesome again Joe.
