  • Andy Fraser is one of rocks most important musical architects from the seventies onward. He's a genius and a great singer. Souless people will never understand his immense vocal depth. He moves with the times and changes accordingly. It's admirable.

  • I like it... especially to soldiers smiling!

  • this video would be a lot better if the singer wasn't in it...

  • what the fuck has gotten into him!? i can't understand a word he is saying!

  • haha how can you go from FREE to this hahaa jesus christ !Bullshit

  • GREAT!!!!

  • Thanks for sharing this. Amazing. Rock on.

  • thanks a lot for sharing this video! bring equality to the world - otherwise we won't ever have peace...

  • Good video with a good message.

  • Oh wow... Thank you very much Mctrax for sharing this with me.. Its very beautiful! A message I can truly appreciate. - xx

  • I really liked this, It shows the way it is.

It shouldnt matter if our Soilders are gay or straight, they are both fighting for the same reasons side by side.I for one and proud of them.

  • Nice One!

  • I loved the video! Unique voice, great message, the total package here. Thanks for sharing this!

  • DADT is a flawed and discriminatory policy, but if we're not careful it will be replaced by a worse one. I read in the latest issue of the Navy Times a letter to the editor entitled something like End DADT or something. I got real excited to read it, but the writer actually wants to get rid of Dont Ask so that the military can legally ask new recruits if the are gay or not before they enlist, and deny enlistment to gay individuals. We have to make sure that doesnt happen!

  • OMG! I'm glad there's another video that feels me. WE DO NEED EQUALITY!!!! If there's equality, there is a possibility for NO WAR.

  • equality!!!

  • Yeah!!! You are definitely right! Also, if there is no Don't ask Don't Tell Bullshit, more people would be dedicated to fight for their own country.

  • I like it, it relates to a research paper I am doing.

  • Hey, that's really good! I like the way you sing

and the the lyrics are great too. Peace!

  • Nice man,,LOL!!!:P

  • great video!!! fantastic message!!

    mari

  • Great video!

  • 5 stars, favorite and shared, this video need to be seen and passed on, it is a great video!!

I was kicked out of the AF in "82 long before DADT for having Homosexual Tendences as they called it then!!

  • dang, really?! I didn't know that. Sorry to hear. Thanks for sharing the video.

  • nice video equal rights for all screw dont ask dont tell

  • Cool vid--my son-in-law did two tours in Iraq with the 101st as special air assault ranger--hua!

  • this is interesting... o.o

    5/5

  • Wow!

Great message on a number of levels, and may the discriination in the US forces end soon for ALL people. And let's hope ALL our people are home for next Christmas.

  • excellent message

  • And again I want to stress the importance of LOVE!!! LOVE is the glue that holds the world together, we are slowly forgetting that.....MONEY is the new 'raison détere for people, but money will erase us...

    So, remember: LOVE!!!

    not war!

    not commercialism

    not globalsim,

not even tribalism, tho that might do the trick

    just LOVE!!!

  • unfortunately, money makes the world go round. If you are a rich gay you wont be treated the same as if you are a poor one.

  • Nice Video, even tho I'm not American or Gay, I stand behind it all the way!!!

Take em ALL home beFORe christmas; stop being usurpers and opressors. Give the young men of America the chance to build up their future again...dont let this one be as totally a disaster for the people as the l;ast one in 'Nam...

  • That's the message we hope the policy makers hear!!

  • I really dont see the need to try to single out groups in the military, not this day in age. As a prior service Infantryman in the U.S. Army I find it annoying when people try to single out people as being a "gay" or "Lebanese" Soldier.....we are all soldiers, doing the same job

  • EXCELLENT vidclip! Thanks for posting!

  • YES, Everyone needs to see this. Thanks for the invitation to view...

  • It's always great hearing Andy's bass lines. He understands the strength of that space between the notes like nobody else. Perfect.

  • From a fellow Guyanese person..Andy , you look great and have aged well. So nice to know he's still about. First time i saw this guy was in 1968.

  • Sorry Kevly, me (not a nativ english speaking person) have no difficulies at all to understand the words - loud and clear- / The drinking problem is elsewhere I guess. Love, peace and a good night of sleep.

  • Word.

  • Thanks for sending me the vid, but I can't understand a WORD that man is trying to say. Somethin' drunk about taking me home. (And no, there's nothing wrong with my computer...)

  • Excellent song. Good to hear that Andy hasn't lost his amazing talent over the years, however personally I feel that the vocal could be handled better by his old bandmate Paul Rodgers. Would it ever be possible for Andy to work with Rodgers again? It is a nice dream that I have from time to time. Anyway great song and video and thanks for posting.

  • yeah but i read that he doesnt give a shit about playing bass anymore...

  • Shame! I loved when Andy Fraser and Paul Rodgers were writing songs together. For a band of young lads, Free produced their unique blend of rock/soul which has never been rivalled by any band since. None of the individuals have produced music to a standard that comes anywhere near Free. If you don't believe me, listen to the "Free Story". Their music still really moves people young and old.

  • im replying to myself, cause i coulnt launch the video earlier on, i saw he was playing on bass and im happy. Beautiful...

  • My favorite album of all time is The Andy Fraser band, 1975, silver cover. Andy is a great unique vocal stylist, and I'll bet Rodgers learned a great deal about singing from working with the young genius Fraser early on.

  • I saw the Andy Fraser Band live. Andy was obviously very into Stevie Wonder. Yes I enjoyed them, but I wasn't moved by them as by Free. I'm sure Paul Rodgers learned a lot from Andy Fraser. All of the members of Free had amazing talent, including Simon Kirke who added a lot to the dynamics of the music but nobody ever noticed.

  • You have touched on such a sensitive issue. You should be proud. This is clearly the work of an up and coming director with a lot of promise. Who directed this video? He has talent and should do well in the business. Is he cute too?

  • One of the strongest statements by an artist in 2007!

  • In total agreement with Hannah. Very cool, it rocks and very sexy. Jane J

  • Bravo!

  • Dude, great track, but the guys need more camera time. Where's the kissing and hot sex. Sex sells you know!

  • A bold statement from a man willing to stand up for what is right.

This video is a must see no matter what your beliefs are regarding our current situation.

    Bravo Andy!!!

  • thank you Andy -you soldier of love

  • Well said by a man who is true to his beliefs and brave enough to be at the forefront to stand up against wrongs

    thru his undeniable integrity

  • This video ROCKS!Great Job!

  • Love the song and video.Great to see and hear Andy's bass guitar playing! He's one of the best and original bassist of our time!

  • Awesome video and great message!

  • Make Love not war
