@rfofmiscellania no i meant what i wrote, cams are weights and the helix is on the secondary. and the way to go is to pull out the air box and mount an air cleaner to each carb but honestly why would you put a whole in your air box when there is all ready a huge unrestricted duct, there is no use for it on on a 900, and its carb very no tech, so theres really nothing to control the fuel but the vacuum of the engine and the nos is only used at full throttle for 5-7 seconds kickin the rpm to 8500

well said.....yur talkin about a machine that's safer in snow than a car....i would rather see a sled on the highway in a big storm than a honda civic, as long as yur not cutting people off & being respectful i think it's cool - in a big storm!!!

Good way to burn though a set of carbides. My dad and i use to do the same thing in the UP all the time when i was younger. cuts down on time. That and we use to hope on the rail road tracks to cut time down. Only illegal if you get caught! Just like out running the DNA.....funner then shit til you get caught!

Looks like fun, when in fact, this is an illegal, totaly irresponsible act, that makes all snowmobilers look bad. It's this kind of image we want to get away from in organized snowmobiling. It's people like you who have never been a part of a snowmobile club, never contributed, that know nothing about our sport.If I was your Daddy,I'd turn you in to the local Police. i understand where your coming from. but it does look like a pretty big snow storm ive been stoped on mine in the road and the police said he understands because the amount of snow and noone is on the roads anyways. even if it is a law lighten up man laws are mad to be broke like these if nobody ever broke them we would have a pretty boring world i agree with real laws as far as drugs but . who is he hurting by riding his 800 in a town where every1 is home becuase the storm. hes bothering no1
