It is very simple, if you borrowed the money then you owe a debt. I believe in paying my debts even if I have a hard time to repay them.

I don't know about that. You can't even get rid of those if you declare bankruptcy. Email Bob Plimpton though. He might have a solution.

@sharpsteve2003 look into A4V, and doing money orders off the the presentment. Creditors in commerce has good info
