This is Shingai Shihan performing Hamahiga no Sai. The sai he uses are full weight and yet even though he is in his early 60's here, he makes it look so clean. Awesome. One of Japan's unsung Karate and Kobujutsu masters who really is a national treasure.
totally agree with Blagmeister, shingai shihan is truly a great master.
